For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

  5. Email message sent out with documents to be signed are no where to be found. It would be nice to see the message sent with a document for signature.

  6. The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

  7. I use very few Acrobat features, but the one I really need is the ability to create PDFs from MS Publisher for commercial printing. It would be helpful if I could do this using the PDF Pack since it allows conversion of MS Word and Excel docs.

Currently, in the web UI for Adobe Acrobat, if you've allowed comments by sharing the document via a general link (rather than sending specific invitations), the only way to disable comments at a particular point in time is to unshare the document entirely. A more useful and user-friendly approach would be similar to the proof functionality in Workfront, where even if you've shared the PDF/document with a general link (or a combo of general link and invitations), at a certain point in time, you can suspend further commenting while still allowing collaborators to access the PDF.   10. This is all getting so confusing and frustrating. Why are you separating the online versions from the native ones? I already signed up for "Premium" on my phone, and then I realize that I'd have to pay another $30 for "Pro" to ********* my computer. Just have ONE service priced in the middle of both, for the love of GOD!

  11. Hello, I'm a Acrobat power user, spending much of my working day in the application. I've recently begun using the document cloud for collaboration around PDFs (multiple collaborators performing reviews and annotating using the Comments pane). It is really great! A few features that would make it more useful:

    • Ability to search for comments by text string (like in the installed application)
    • Ability to copy a link directly to a comment (like you can do with an "update" message in Workfront)
    • Ability to set the status of a comment (like in the installed application: Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, None, etc.)

  14. The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

  15. There is no quick to access to the settings.

    I used to be able to change the name of extracted files as well, but now I cannot.

  17. What is being done to make e-sign more user friendly? I have had two customers within the past week who thought they signed a doc I sent, but I never received the signed version. Please work on making this more user-friendly, since it's a big time suck having to walk people through the process

  18. Why am I charged for Adobe $29.37 on Aug.07/24 and $91.51 on Aug.06/24.

  20. Your Adobe Pro Digital Signature has always taken forever to run and is extremely complicated and borderline ancient. With each "downgrade" it get sworse and now doesn;t even work. You concentrate on adding all these complicated useless fetures that nobody wants or needs and forget the basice....ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, ETC.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the feature Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment.
