Not working for conversion of pdf to docx
Converting pdf to docx is not working at all. I've tried several files and application will not convert. I have online Adobe Acrobat. I have a subscription.

Resolving not working
When I click "resolve" under a comment, it isn't resolving. I like to check off when I'm finished with an edit and then filter out what is unresolved to see what I have left to do. I've tried logging out and logging back into my adobe account and the problem is still occurring. My entire creative team is having this issue.

Unsupported file
More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached

Disappointed with Adobe
I have been trying to edit a file that I downloaded which is NOT password protected but am having difficulty editing it. This is frustrating as I spent time downloading the added features of ADobe, started my 7-day free trial but unable to use any of the features! very frustrated!

Add/remove pages from underlying document
It would be nice to be able to delete, add, or edit pages in a signable document. As it is today, if I add a page to a signable document, it's there to stay unless I create a new template. This is annoying because some documents take FOREVER to prepare because they have a lot of form fields. If I have to remove/add/change the underlying document, I have to redo the entire template. What a load of ****.

Add signer while editing document
It would really save me a lot of time to be able to add/remove signers while editing the signable document. Some documents have a thousand fields you have to add, and when you learn you've missed a signer, or added the wrong signer, you have to cancel and start all over again.

From irritated that I have spent too much time finding the delete file function
Actually, I'm really irritated. Somehow, one of my private files has ended up on your cloud. I did not save my file to your cloud and I would like to delete it. However, you have made it IMPOSSIBLE to work out how to delete a file from your cloud. I would like to know where you've hidden the delete file function. I don't know if you're able to view my files (I hope not!) but I don't want my files on your network and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has suffered this. And it is a disgrace…

Can't download all files
I can't seem to download all of my PDF files. I'm trying to download about 100ish file. There is no feedback as to why this is failing or how many files can be downloaded at once.

Comments not downloading
The 200 comments in this PDF are not carrying over when I download it. Very frustrating.
Also, why can't I re-share a document once I unshare it?

Cannot scroll down on documents
There is no scroll down bar on the Documents window. I cannot scroll down to search through my documents.

Foi meu primeiro uso em "teste" ainda. Precisava acrescentar a expressão "LIDO ATÉ AQUI" no texto. Fiz isto e... o que eu esperava é que pudesse salvar o arquivo. A opção que encontrei era "enviar arquivo". Não quero enviar, quero salvar para meu uso pessoal. Tentei "Criar o link" Deu o seguinte erro: send.error_timeout. Não consegui realizar o meu intento. O que fazer? Como nem consegui o que precisava, desisti do produto. Alguma solução?3 votes -

When exporting max excel files to PDF the converter changes headers and footers to random strings not what is in the file

New Adoobe Sign UI is awful - sending templates is so much harder to do than it should be
It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
This just isn't suitable.
It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.

I cannot convert a pdf to a Word document, and that's the only reason I upgraded my subscription today. Please fix or cancel my subscription
WHY CAN'T I CONVERT A PDF TO A WORD DOCUMENT? I'VE BEEN A SUBSCRIBER FOR YEARS AND UPGRADED TODAY. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

Stop changing ****!
Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

Scan from a Book in PDF and copy from Acrobat
I use Adobe Scan to capture pages in pdf
Afterwards I go to Document Cloud to copy the text from the pdf
1) When I select text over multiple pages, copy it and paste it into Word then the text gets copied twice
2) When I scan text from a book, then the lines get curved/distorted towards the book spine. When I then copy the text from Acrobat it cannot recognise the text of one line. Would be nice, if the copy function recognise a text line and can copy it as one line, also if the line is curved3 votes -
Your Adobe Fill and Sign SUCKS
Boy does this online experience SUCK. I just want to edit the fields of a PDF, and I used to be able to do that on my desktop. Now you make me upload the document and go to something called Adobe fill and sign. I wait 5+ minutes while a circle spins and the message is Loading Adobe Sign...
Forget it! This is just STUPID. Goodbye.

Enable Folder Permissions not only File permissions
Dear Adobe Team,
it would be a great idea if a user can enable folder permissions via Document Cloud to a different user so they can fill up these folders with needed documents.
