For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe Sign/E-sign keeps erroring out when I try to add a signature block. I have tried to use it 7 times and it keeps crapping out.

    I have used different documents. I have tried to make a template.
    I have tried to use a PDF and Word document.

    I am very disappointed -- how can I rely on AdobeSign for time sensitive items?

  5. This is extremely irritating. My access keeps switching from one account to the other not allowing access to my many years of paid for Adobe Acrobat.

    Refund all of my money. Immediately!

  9. If I cannot print or download the PDF document, then why should I store any document on Adobe cloud?

  10. Possibly the worst free trial experience on the internet. It's not really a trial if I can do one file. Not a chance I subscribe as I assume this is indicative of the continued experience.

  11. cannot integrate 3rd party storage if using a licensed account on Adobe Acrobat web, ADD STORAGE link disappears

    On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
    The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
    I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.

    I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:

  12. Hi there! I'm trying to use the search function in a PDF, but this popup encouraging users to use the new AI tool is actively blocking the search results I'm trying to review. Users should be able to clear the prompt so that people who are not allowed or don't want to use AI can still use the CTRL+F function as intended. I am unable to use AI in my work, which inherently requires human discernment. An annotated screenshot of the issue is attached. Thanks!

  13. Flattered as I am by the 4 welcome emails, I struggled to complete a form using the software. I could not get it to put characters (text and ticks) in the centre of the boxes and had to move them around like that old gameshow with Bob Monkhouse, and even then they wouldnt stay exactly where i put them. when checking the document I had to change a couple of entries and that wasnt easy either because just clicking on the box wasnt accurate enough and I created extra boxes that I then had to delete.     Hello Doug,

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature. You can go back to the legacy version of the software by unchecking the option "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures" in your Settings when you click on the User profile picture (Right upper corner).

    Also, as for the centered character in the boxes, you can do that trick by double-clicking a text box and under Text format (Please see attached) select the second option.

  14. Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

  15. When sending agreements, there is an option to download individual files that actually used to work prior to this update. Unfortunately, now all documents uploaded to be electronically signed are bound together and cannot be downloaded as individual files. Please change this back!

  17. Opening files from the device needs to be able to actually edit the file without uploading to cloud storage. Some of us use Google Drive but can't give Adobe access, and have Chromebooks that can run it! Google has an app that can edit PDFs on the device, so prove Acrobat is better without using Adobe Cloud Storage, please! Without it, I can't edit files in my Google Drive.

  18. You can improve service by not charging people who actually did not use your product!!! I bought your monthly subscription, but it did not serve the purpose. There was no point in me continuing to pay monthly for a product I did not need. Instead, I had to pay 100+ USD not to use it. Absolute joke

  19. Very slow to select items. Also, for Chrome OS users, we need to be able to edit files directly on the device instead of saving them to cloud storage, as that will let us edit files in our Google Drive without signing in. Much easier instead of worrying about access to our Google Drive being blocked.
