Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information).   2. There is no quick to access to the settings.

    I used to be able to change the name of extracted files as well, but now I cannot.

  5. I'm starting to hate Adobe. There are ads and pop ups every time I go in. My most recent experience running a PDF report in Costar resulted in me not being able to find the report. Shut off your ******* Ads!

  6. I'm signed in to my Adobe Suite account. I opened the Adobe Acrobat EXTENSION via Chrome BROWSER. I keep on getting random distracting pop-ups / boxes saying "Did you know??? You can work on PDFs directly in-browser" ...

    Did YOU know? This pop-up box literally exists and is happening right now IN THE EXTENSION via CHROME BROWSER.

    Like, if it's really necessary to have super annoying and unsolicited pop up box suggestions distracting me when I'm trying to work... It would be really nice if they were at least somewhat relevant and not suggesting me to do things that I'm…

I am pretty disappointed that I requested a quote for service in the call back I received and 4 days later I have still not received it, and I don't have the patient to "chat" with the AI again, this would be the 5th time and my contacts keep getting closed without being resolved, time for me to find a different service...

  9. What is being done to make e-sign more user friendly? I have had two customers within the past week who thought they signed a doc I sent, but I never received the signed version. Please work on making this more user-friendly, since it's a big time suck having to walk people through the process

Ich habe die Lizenz für Acrobat Pro 2020 Windows eingelöst, mir wurde aber die Acrobat Pro 2020 macOS freigeschaltet :-( Auf Hinweis der Hotline habe ich dann nochmals die Windows-Lizenz angemeldet, bis heute aber nichts gehört. Inzwischen ist die Demo-Version abgelaufen und ich stehe etwas orientierungslos da.
    Was kann ich noch machen, dass ich die richtige Lizenz freigeschaltet bekomme?

  11. I was editing a file for school and when i finished and tried to download it, it was endlessly "saving" the changes. After 20 minutes i thought it was a bug and refreshed the page but after that all the changes were erased completely.

  14. Your Adobe Pro Digital Signature has always taken forever to run and is extremely complicated and borderline ancient. With each "downgrade" it get sworse and now doesn;t even work. You concentrate on adding all these complicated useless fetures that nobody wants or needs and forget the basice....ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, ETC.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the feature Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment.

  17. your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience
