For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Names of receivers not viewable

    How can I view to whom I sent my request for signature? The names of my files are always the same, just the person receiving it changes.

    This setup is time consuming to try and figure out which one is the one I am looking for.

    WTF? Why does my echosign now redirect me to a "document cloud" and I cannot manage reminders anymore?

  4. the upgrade is not working for us. (yet)

    Hi,
    Adobe seems to have upgraded and a lot has changed. Kindly take us through the changes.
    We are unable to:
    *To see whom the contract belongs to
    *Delete contracts
    *Set reminders
    *To see the status of the contract
    *To see who sent the contract.

    Please send us more information on the version of this programme. I was unable to search for tutorials on Youtube.

    Please help us as soon as possible.

  5. READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME

    Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. You ask for suggestions but Adobe will never undo what they already did. You…

  6. new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate

    I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

  7. nEW LAYOUT IS TERRIBLE

    I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

    Like how many are still out for signature??????

    I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

    This is business NOT SOCIAL MEDIA.

  8. Restrict access to invited users

    I met with a customer today who asked for an option when sharing a file for Viewing or Review to restrict access to only those users who are invited. They understood that that also requires each invited recipient to have a free Adobe ID and to sign in, but wanted to make sure that the document URL can not be shared with anyone who is not invited.

  9. Document Cloud share file bug

    Until about last week I could upload multiple files using Document Cloud > Share Files > Computer > drag & drop, and create one link. Now it won't let me upload more than one file. Even if I upload one file, the link that used to show up in the lower-left corner saying "add a file" (or "add files" or something) isn't there anymore. If I try to drag&drop more than one file, I get a warning as shown in the attached image. A critical reason that I subscribe to this service is to be able to upload multiple files…

  10. new doc cloud interface is awful

    The new Document Cloud interface is terrible. the old interface was intuitive. The created links are long and needlessly complicated.

  11. Option to set a default color

    I met with a customer who asked for a way, as a reviewer, to set a default color that would apply across all reviews they participate in.

  12. Support adding attachments to a comment for a file in review

  13. Organize pages not working

    I have attempted five times to combine three files, delete the duplicate pages and organize the remaining only to have the document erase all of my work and choose random pages to keep after pressing 'Organize'.

  14. Comparing old and new files

    Easily able to compare a previous version to the new version. And make the resolved issues still appear when reviewing.

    Right now for review, the person has to click the on the previous proof link (the one they marked up with their comment) and the link for the new proof that was created and toggle back and forth between windows to make sure the changes they requested were made. Also, if they can't remember what changes they requested, any change that I mark as "resolved" disappears and you have to click the filter icon and click "resolved" to get them…

  16. WONT CONVERT FROM PDF TO ANYTHING!!!!

    THE OPTION TP CONVERT PDF INTO POWR POINT OR WORD DOES NOT WORK!!!!!1 THAT SI THE ONY REASON I BOUGHT IT!!!!!!!

  17. poor excel conversion

    the current conversion from pdf to excel lumps all the words in one cell, used to be converting the words into individual cells.

  19. Simply awful

    This is the most ridiculous and awful PDF workflow I have ever used. All I want to do is insert pages into a PDF and it's forcing me to upload them to "Document Cloud", upload the larger PDF i want to add pages into, combine them all in the DC browser window, and then save that whole new document back onto my hard drive. WHY!!

  20. Review - Enable me to "filter on" both Resolved and Unresolved comments

    In a DC Web review, I have 4 comments unresolved and 15 comments resolved. However, the Review Filter does not allow me to display all 19 comments. I can only display 4 OR 15, not all.
    There should always be an option in a filter to "clear the filter" and view everything. I don't see that option in the Review filter.
