Cloud membership is a scam
Your web/cloud membership is such a scam. I cannot access "Tools" to reduce font size in filling out a PDF??? I also did not at any point realize I was signing up for an annual membership. Total scam.

Low quality disappointing support and case management
Some pretty basic stuff please.
Case email notifications need to include link to the actual case.
Case email notifications need instructions for finding a case.
Finding a case on the support platform needs to be well... possible. How on earth do I find it?
Agent follow up needs to be a whole lot faster. I spent 21 minutes on a chat just to find my case and eventually I had to get on with my life. I still can't get to my case which will apparently close automatically in 1 day despite my having already responded.

J'aimerais profiter de tous les outils disponibles sur la version web mais sur ma version téléchargé. Pourquoi je ne peux pas réorganiser des pages ou bien supprimer / extraire des pages sur la version téléchargé?? Je trouve cela bien embêtant.

Sorry, aber der Download und die Installation sind katastrophal.. Hinweis auf Sicherheitseinstellungen vom Exploerer (den es ja nun schon seit Jahren nicht mehr gibt)
Firefox oder andere kennen Sie nicht ??

Changes aren't saved from app to desktop
I have Adobe Acrobat on my phone. Whenever I highlight or do any comments on documents that are on the cloud, from the app hey won't register on the desktop version.

esign not showing records properly
signature request documents showed up when I first loaded the page. They then disappeared and no longer show up before I did anything, and I can no longer see them unless I directly access them by the original URL sent to me. These should show up in my dashboard!

stupid setup
your myriad of logins/links/etc are a mindfuck...i cannot figure out how to get to my account, you use an alternate email which i have no idea how you got nor where it is stored...you need to make it SIMPLE!!!!

Cheating us out of money with no way to stop it
I have repeated payments coming out of my bank account every month since August 2022 although every email and account I have says I have no paid plans. The virtual assistant provides no way to actually resolve this issue.

New "Experience"
This new "Experience" is the absolute worse version of Acrobat I have worked with. I have lost all of my quick access tools (tried to re-create but I cannot add all the ones I had). Everything is flipped from right to left and left to right. It looks like a product that was just upgraded from DOS.

The more Adobe "improves" DC PRO, the slower & Glitchier it gets, you obviously didn't think out about Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
