2. Distracting Pop-ups In Adobe Actrobat

   I'm signed in to my Adobe Suite account. I opened the Adobe Acrobat EXTENSION via Chrome BROWSER. I keep on getting random distracting pop-ups / boxes saying "Did you know??? You can work on PDFs directly in-browser" ...

   Did YOU know? This pop-up box literally exists and is happening right now IN THE EXTENSION via CHROME BROWSER.

   Like, if it's really necessary to have super annoying and unsolicited pop up box suggestions distracting me when I'm trying to work... It would be really nice if they were at least somewhat relevant and not suggesting me to do things that I'm literally currently already doing within your apps/extensions.

6. Request E-signatures no longer enabled in normal feature

   It looks like you have removed the ability to send out for signatures in the same project that gets combined and edited. I now have to save the document and then go into the Request E-signatures. This is an awful change that has ruined my morning and frustrated numerous people. Please change it back.

7. Wither Reader

   Surprised to learn that if my subscription allows only two computers to run Acrobat at a time, a third cannot run Reader. That's a step backwards from the old days At least we can now read using Chrome or Edge, but isn't it a bit embarassing to have ceded that field?

8. Please allow to edit the file name in request e-signatures or move the message section higher

   On the Request e-signatures - you moved the message to the bottom and it no longer takes the first file name and instead uses a generic "binder" as the title. With this hidden - it is so easy to accidentally send without changing the name. There should be an option to change the file name instead of having to cancel and reset up. I do not care for the new presentation.

10. make stuff work again! Tried to extract and save ~20 pages. Still spinning and not saving

11. disappointment trying to print a downloaded form

    I just wanted to print a f*king document an hour ago but this self promoting B.S. has done nothing but sht in my hands and mess me around. User friendly ?! NOT unless you like wiping your sphincter with a cheese grater soaked in acetone! including the catagories for comments. none for download print.

14. Make E-sign more user friendly

    What is being done to make e-sign more user friendly? I have had two customers within the past week who thought they signed a doc I sent, but I never received the signed version. Please work on making this more user-friendly, since it's a big time suck having to walk people through the process

15. Requesting E-Signature Process

    The new format for Requesting E-Signatures is, to put it bluntly, terrible.

    Having all of the information you need to enter (email addresses, names, passwords, CC's, message & time frames) to the left side in a very small column is extremely tricky to navigate and takes much longer to do because I'm afraid I might miss something.

    We use the e-signature feature quite often for signatures on E-file forms that must be password protected and correct. The process for doing so needs to be much more efficient and clearer as we process them many times a day during tax season.

    The way it is now concerns me that we will forget a crucial element when sending a request simply because we just didn't see it. Not to mention the extra time we now need to take in reviewing to make sure everything is correct. It's hard to do that in such a small area. Please consider going back to the way it was or creating a separate draft page where you can enter all the information on one page.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

17. Misleading Free Option

    Before sign up, Adobe stated: drawing and adding text was a free tool. Now that I have signed up, there are not free tools - only the option to upgrade in order to edit. Very misleading. This is why I do not feel comfortable ever purchasing an Adobe product.
