Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Please support XDF on Adobe online, I can't open the pdf at all because it says "The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader. "

  5. Cant reach the profile page. I wanted to cancel the trial subscription I opted in this week.

  8. I paid for my licence but it's really difficult to know (i) what it does, and (ii) how to use it. At this point it seems like a complete waste of money. I'm really ****** off by this experience and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

  9. Acrobat Pro DC v. 2021.00520058

    Context: PDF review hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint server with Single Sign-On (SSO)

    I am unable to connect to the server, check for new comments, send/publish my comments.

    In View > Tracker > Reviews > Joined, I'm am given "Error: Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access."

    There is no way to do this.

    Sometimes it says "Error: Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."

    There is no problem with my connection.…

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback. Do you mean the “audit report” included in the final copy of the Adobe Sign document emailed to you after it’s signed? Would you mind telling us the reason you’d like to have it disabled?

  14. Button in Adobe DC Pro is not working, there is no error message prompt when button is pressed, when attempted to create on new electronic forms. Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. It would be helpful if you can share more information with us on issue you are facing with document cloud. Are you not able to open the app or it is throwing any error? Can you send some screenshot?

  18. I am unable to get back on my Adobe track and send account. It went past the 30 days as I was not at computer. I don't know how to get back on as editing my payment info has not helped at all. Can someone get this going. The credit card info should have always worked so I do not know what is going on and am really in need of this product. I can't send files at all.

  19. The Acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. Your concept is very badly thought out and poorly engineered. It is software of inferior quality. Also your Cloud Access to Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is a serious issue and you can face serious legal action. Time for you to rethink your entire process as this is being reported to the authorities.

  20. I did not realize until now that 16.45 per MONTH has been automatically deducted from my account. There is NO way this amount is justified for the occasional PDF conversions during home use. If there are NO other cost options for these services PLEASE discontinue my account.
