For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

Could you please describe the specific issue you are facing when using Acrobat Web? Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while the document was open? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

  4. When I am editing this PDF the sidebar where is shows font format, size, bold, etc does not come up. Could not figure out where to find it.

  5. How can you improve? REVERT TO LEGACY FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM.
    The update is horrible - it is no longer intuitive, and SEVERAL functions I used frequently are no longer available. The Help just flatly doesn't help at all. Some of the "improvements" (seriously? moving things from one side of the screen to the other?) were obviously poorly thought out.
    Have I made it clear enough that I don't like the new version? If not, on a scale of 1-10, it gets a big fat ZERO.
    PLEASE REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION, OR AT LEAST PROVIDE A WAY FOR USERS…

  7. Hello,

    Often when I go to sign something I get an error saying I need to reload the document and then when I do, all of the data is gone from not saving. This happens to me on 60% or more of the documents I sign and it's becoming quite frustrating.

  8. Is there anyway to make it easier to dictate (speech to text feedback) within Adobe? I am trying to use the windows built in speech to text feature, but it does not work very well. thanks

  10. Hello! My team recently noticed that the duration of the recipient receiving the document after we sent it out is significantly longer. Before this it was only about 5 minutes before they receive it in their email but for now, it could take more than 30 minutes. I'm wondering if it's a glitch that is being worked on right now? Thank you!

  11. Issues saving & freezing with free Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11; so, now I'm trying the online version of Adobe, but the editing page is also freezing and crashing.

    Note, multiple workarounds (6+) were attempted with Windows Adobe, to no avail.

    Last update was September 12—new bug introduced with that update?

  12. The crop function for PDFs just shows "loading" and does not ever load so you can actually crop your PDF. I have tried different WiFi networks, etc, to troubleshoot.

  13. You have RUINED my perfectly working templates!

    I had perfectly designed templates working exactly the way I needed them to, but your "New and Improved" system is super buggy and doesn't recognize who is assigned to what field and creates garbled text on the forms.

  16. This product sucks! Bring back the stand-alone version of Adobe Acrobat Pro to be installed directly on the computer. It appears that no customer clinics were performed on this version of Adobe Acrobat as it has an absolutely terrible user interface and is not in any way user friendly.

  18. This redirect is to an equivalent product that I already own and have a licence for - Adobe Acrobat Pro X.

    I do not regard the subscription as better value than the licence - Adobe may well disagree.

  20. Our business uses Adobe predominately for the e-signing feature. When we first purchased the service it was relatively easy to use, smooth and no major issues. In the past two months Adobe has updated the entire e-signing product at least four times, meaning buttons are changed around for no reason, it takes re-learning the service every time.

    It used to be almost instant to send to our clients, it now takes upwards of ten minutes. It's slow and clunky. Constantly freezing and restarting. It takes sometimes up to an hour to update, meaning we cannot use the service in that…
