For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Downloads double up comments

    Your product downloads double ups and will not open a file from the cloud if it has more than 1000 comments. The file online says it has 864 marks ups but when I download it, it has 1459. I can't work out what is double and what is now. It wastes time.

  5. very unhappy with service

    the pdf to ppt converter does move the information in to a powerpoint, however the layout does not stay the same. The information transfers sideways and is not able to be rotated unless going through each slide individually.

  13. Copy option unavailable

    On my mobile app, there is the option of making a copy of a file and saving it within the app. The pc version does not have this option.

  14. Alternate Cloud Save Location

    Adobe Scan iOS app -- loads the scans onto the Adobe Cloud only. Will Adobe please allow users to also choose a different cloud location, such as OneDrive? This is users can keep all their files in one location, and not have to use Adobe Cloud as a separate location just for PDF scan.

  15. export is unusable

    This is a garbage service. Cannot export in any file format that results in usable content. It feels like you are trying to force people to use this junk product by poisoning anything intended to go outside your software ecosystem. What a shame. Adobe used to make good stuff.

    I am using Adobe Sign for drawings. I would like the reviewers to be able to redline the drawing if they don't approve, or sign if they do.

  18. New Adobe esign post Classic has changed dramatically - bad UX - bring back Classic

    Terrible new upgrade on UX. As a product manager I had to give you feedback and this is the only way I can find to do it. Filling an agreement from template didn't save (even when asked to) and I could only read what I added after hovering over the boxes. Also it jumped around horrendously. Bring back Classic - it worked

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for contacting us. Please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:

    1. Navigate to “Your Documents” section
    2. Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
    3. You can use any of the two options to share your file to others. Please check attached screenshot for possible options.
    4. Notes added to the file would be visible after sharing as well.
