I thought that The ? meant I would get HELP
Where are the files I sent for signature? Where are the files that haven't been signed? Why do all my documents have the same name? At least DOCUSIGN would put the email address and customer name in the Document Name! This is not very customer friendly!

You can find all your files in the "Documents" tab at the top of the page, then you can select the type of document you need to look for on the left hand panel. E.g. Clicking "In progress" under "Agreements" will display all the sent documents waiting for signatures.

I am a university student and a staff too. I am trying to sin in my student account but Adobe logs me in to Staff account.
What a terrible thing! I try to sign in via student email ID, and it always signs me in to the staff account

내가 삭제를 하든 뭘 하든 자꾸 첫번째 도형에 적용이 되는 것인지!!!필기를 다 완료한 후
다시 파일을 열어
그 텍스트를 수정하고자 텍스트를 클릭하면
꼭 그 텍스트가 사라짐!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!정말 도저히 사용하질 못하겠ㅇ습니다.

your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Exporting a large PDF to PNG resulted in an image with unusably low resolution, even when 'maximum quality' settings were chosen.
The Adobe Acrobat Extension surprised me initially when I Google searched for PDF conversion and it appeared as a large popup in the Google search results. I thought, 'Let's give Adobe Acrobat Online a try.' So, I uploaded my file, chose the highest quality PNG as the target format, and ended up with a completely useless result. You may check the results yourself. Thanks for nothing.

・同様の状態は再インストールで解消したが、2日前から再発。
・一つのデバイスしか使用していない。同じデバイスでの認証がオーバーしたからログアウトしろという表示。

Crashing and can't fix
the desktop app keeps crashing everytime I want to request a signature. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does it. Then on the online app certain invoices it won't let me to e-signatures for. I don't know what's happening as it was fine last week. Please help!

The Download part of this doesn't seem to be working today. I have tried 5 different items from two different computers. I have also downloaded different items from different sites. So it isn't on my on end.

Falsche Werbeversprechen
Falsche Werbeanzeige. Ich bin hochgradig enttäuscht unt sehr wütend. Wenn man euch schon seine Daten ausliefert sollte es wohl das mindeste sein dass man auch die Werbeversprechen von der nicht Benötigung eines Credit Karte einhält. Wenn ich nur eine Zahl an einem PDF ändern möchte muss ich sofort meine Kontodaten angeben. Super, wirklich toll. Danke für nichts und diese Proberversion können sie Sich echt schenken.
Ich möchte dass alle meine DAten gelöscht werden und entschuldigung an jedwede Reale Person die sich die wütenden Kommentare durchlesen muss, wenn es KI oder AI, wirklich seid verdammt für euren "SERVICE". Ich habe besseres…1 vote -

Randomly repeatedly deleting text from my do
Adobe is repeatedly deleting random text. I spent 5 hours yesterday repairing my book, only to wake up this morning to find new errors in different places throughout the document.
I am extremely frustrated that there is not a clear solution to this issue online.

"don't enable" button for cookie preferences NOT available
Every time I sign in, I have to reset my cookie preferences. And you don't even have a "don't enable" option button. Get with the 21st century, please.

Tricking users with "free" PDF editing
Adobe clearly states their online editor allows users to edit text for free. Only after you log in and sign up do you realize that's a lie, and all you can do is comment, highlight etc. Editing text requires the trial. The way people are tricked into thinking they can edit text is atrocious. Adobe can do better instead of tricking users and lying to them. At least be clear about what's actually included. I am now using Canva as it allows free PDF editing.

Terrible product, not user friendly.
literally the cloud version of adobe is the WORST version of your product. nothing that i used before works. I have always loved adobe products but this online version literally makes me want to rip my hair out. please make this user friendly like it used to be. I hate this version of the product.
