Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe's e-sign request emails get identified as spam once sent to customers for e-signatures. Happens more often than not and I have to follow up with an email saying that it was, in fact, from me and it is safe to open. Is there a way I can set the email sender with my company email address?

    An idea for comments: If it would be possible to be provided with the option for the selected text to be quoted in the comments section. Instead of it just been demarcated in the comments as "Highlighted text"

  4. I am tired of the split page function saying it cannot split my file. Also it only being able to split 19 pages is far too low. Also, isn't there a function to separate the entire file to 1 page rather than having to physical to click on the page split boarder

  5. At the time of filling the form the text box moves from it's place once we click somewhere else.

    Once the form is filled and downloaded, the text boxes are either incomplete or moved and sizes also are changed.

  7. Hvordan får jeg avsluttet denne kontoen? Og bare bruke Acrobat Reader. Det virker som om min begrensede bruk av kontoen sperrer for printerutskrifter. Og jeg har IKKE behov for noen av tilbudene. Merkelig at dette er så vanskelig å forstå for dere da JEG ikke har brukt dem på er enn ett år.

  9. When attempting to scan a Word document of multiple pages, the Adobe Acrobat scanning application does not permit the use of the feeder for more than a one page document. Manually changing each page in the printer before clicking scan is unnecessarily time consuming.

  10. This application is terrible and should not be advertised, this is first time i get to use...

    Unfortunately, Adobe Scan Cloud does not currently support a bulk download feature directly within the app or the web interface. This means you'll have to download each file individually by following the steps above for each file you want to download to your computer.

  16. E-Signaturen werden nicht syncronisiert zwischen iPad-App -> WebApp -> Windows-Anwendung. Bitte schnell beheben, da man ansonsten keine Dokumente mehr unterzeichnen kann ohne unterschiedliche Unterschriften zu hinterlegen!
    Auch kann ich aus der Windows-Anwendung heraus das Anfordern von Signaturen nicht mehr starten. Die Anwendung startet ein Dialogfenster, aber es dreht sich nur der "Wartekreis" und nichts passiert.

  17. acrobat for desktop is VERY VERY slow and often crashes in the middle of creating my pdf documents. very frustrating when I lose hours of work.... horrible

  19. If I go to create a "reminder" to send to a client, it should send the reminder right away. I selected "every third day", but I want the reminder to be sent immediately upon creating the reminder as well - and not three days from creating the reminder.
