  1. La versión para Mac no viene con las funciones de agregar texto ni subrayar, como la app para iPad y iPhone. Sería muy útil que las agregaran

  2. Use the Name field instead of the User Name field when making comments in Document Cloud.
Easier to know who is commenting.

  4. Comment resize anchor points (the squares on the corners/edges) are too large - please allow option to change the size of the 'resize anchor points', similar to illustrator.

  5. Here's a unique idea. Software idiots at Apple start talking to the software idiots at Adobe! Work out your problems on the company level before forcing your bad programming on your customers in the form of buggy forced upgradates!!!!!! My computer used to work wonderfully, now it's just a ********** brick because of forced updates!!

  6. When comparing 2 versions of a PDF, some of the items the program highlights come up as changes where there isn't any. For example, in one section, a piece of text had been moved a few millimeters, and yet the program registered it as a completely new piece of text, which is false.

What are the rules on how Acrobat identifies changes between 2 PDFs? And can this be altered by Adobe and/or the user?

  7. I frequently add comments to drawing files created in Adobe format. It works great if a person can remember to save the file every time changes are made. If he can't because the user gets side tracked and opens another file and experiences a adobe crash everything is lost. When users start editing an adobe file, it should work just like Word where it auto saves every so often so that if a crash occurs, all the comments are restored also and not just the original file.

  8. After sending a document for review, I tried to print the document with the comments showing, it will only show the comments on a separate page. There should be a way to print the document with the comments on the same page AND in the spot, or linked to the spot where the comments were made. Example - how the page is shown in Acrobat with the comments to the right and the spot where the comment was made visible so we can tell where it is referencing.

  9. The new option for putting comment to the side of the document is causing more problems. I have many many comments, often in horizontal documents, to edit for indesign files. Have to make the window so large to see comments it's difficult to go back and forth. Please make an option to open comments inside the document page as before. Thank you.

  10. Have to copy text from Acrobat pdf comments constantly. It is impossible to read when the comment box is open (clicked to copy text). Why does it have to change size from the open comment column when clicked? Please fix this, makes jobs take twice as long as they need to.

  11. In previous versions of Acrobat (CC2015 era) you could adjust the Color Legend when running the Compare tool.

This feature is now missing from current iterations of Acrobat.

  13. Is there a way to turn off the feature where the pdf becomes "editable" if all you want to do is add new text and arrows to an existing document?

And how do you turn off the "please wait while the document is being prepared for reading" feature? That is soooo annoying

  16. Please create a manual sort/ shuffle function for comments to improve team project and instruction communication.

The idea is to be able to shuffle comments around and print them in a 'manual sort' order rather than most recently updated.
Often comments need to be viewed in a particular order to make sense.
Or they may need to be actioned in a particular order to work properly

This is especially true for visual or construction/ workflow based projects but we don't always think "in order" so being able to shuffle our comments would allow us to improve our communication before sharing…

  18. In the comments pane, is there an option to hide the page numbers or make them non-selectable? I'm finding it difficult to maneuver/advance to the next comment using the down arrow (or tab). With the upgrade to DC, Adobe "selects" the page number as you're tabbing through. i can no longer smoothly go from comment to comment

  19. please make an arrow-end drawing tool. With this it is easy to show connection between two ideas in a text.

  20. In Acrobat DC I'm fnding it very difficult to move comments (e.g. a text box) once it has been placed. The Move cursor disappears and simply doesn't come back. I place comments on recruitment forms, both signed and new ones, and I need to move comments around simply and easily on the form. I don't have time to struggle with it, or to wait hoping a move cursor might appear.
