  1. Convert Colors progress bar shows incorrect page number

    When converting colors on a multi-page PDF file, after clicking OK, the progress bar that appears starts with showing "Converting Page 0" when it should be "Converting Page 1". Probably just using the pages array index (being zero based).

    If my understanding is correct, you purchased some product but could not downlaod. Can you provide some more details please? Exactly which product/version did you purchase? Did you purchase online? If so, did you receive an email with the download link?

  5. Bug: Redaction incorrectly hides text outside of redacted area

    Redaction hides (but does not remove) text outside of the redacted area in certain cases when:

    • A clipping path is set around the content, leaving the outside clipped away
    • The clipping path uses the even-odd rule
    • The clipping path is set while a non-identity transformation matrix is active
    • Before the visible objects are defined the CTM is restored to the identity matrix by concatenating the inverse CTM (rather than restoring the graphics state)

    Steps to reproduce:
    * Open one of the attached files in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
    * Use the redaction tool to remove the word "Hello"

  6. Bug report: In Acrobat Pro DC, PDF size reduction hangs app

    In Acrobat Pro DC, I try to reduce the size of a PDF file and Acrobat hangs. I have to Force Quit Acrobat. The PDF was originally an export from InDesign CC.

    Thanks lee for reporting. We are also trying to reproduce the issue on our end, meanwhile it would be great if you can attach the indesign CC file.

  7. BUG: LogTransport2.exe locks file handles on containing folder after pdf files are deleted

    In many recent builds of Windows 10 with the CC version of Acrobat DC, If a pdf file is opened used and closed, the folder containing the file cannot be deleted even after the pdf file itself has been deleted. The cuase for this is that an Adobe logging process "LogTransport2.exe" holds an open file handle on the containing folder, and the folder cannot be deleted until the LogTransport2 process has been killed. This is a bug and should be fixed immediately.

  8. Acrobat: tools- edit using photoshop:

    image opens as RGB but Orig image is placed as cmyk in InDesign 2017 then saved as ADOBE PDF (preset). I can't locate any pref.

  9. Embedded video in PDF Interactive has borders

    I have a video in MP4, H.264 embedded in an Interactive PDF. Properties are with no border and background white, still before it starts reproducing I see a grey cube in place of the video and as long as it is not in Full Screen mode I have always some kind of border around the video. Even worse, the border changes everytime I open it, sometimes it's above, then beneath, then to the right or to the left. Contacted the support two times already, they can't help.   10. Pdf not recognized by default email application (Microsoft Outlook) on Windows 10 PC

    Bug. I am unable to attach and send pdf documents from Adobe using the default email application (Microsoft Outlook) from my Windows 10 PC even though it is set up in the default applications.

  11. Taskbar icon for Acrobat and Reader are exactly the same

    How about having a different taskbar icon for Reader and Acrobat! There are some users that use both and it would be nice to be able to distinguish which program is which by looking at the icon! Like we USED to!

  12. Send and Track never works.

    Hi we are not able to reproduce the problem in house.
    Can you elaborate little more here and also please provide the version of Acrobat you are using.

  15. Conversion of RGB/Spot to CMYK

    PDF does not finish converting Spot / RGB colors to CMYK/
    This is when using preflight fixes or convert color under Print Production Tools.
    Acrobat freezes most of the time, or when I try to Save as.

  16. STOP with the advertising/up-sell notifications!

    When I open a PDF, I expect to be able to interact with it as soon as it loads, not have to wait 15 seconds while a stupid up-sell overlay loads and then have to close that before I can actually READ the PDF. That **** should be in a newsletter, not in the **** app.

    1. Machine configuration like OS version etc.
    2. Acrobat version (Go to Help→About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC)
    3. User id with you have logged in Acrobat.
    4. Exact set of steps you are trying to execute
