  1. I did NOT give consent for Adobe to save my signature into their cloud service!
    This feature of saving my signature outside my computer should NEVER be activated without my permission!
    Signing could and SHOULD be performed only locally by using local images and file, there is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for using your cloud services.

  2. When I start using the "Fill and Sign" function, it shuts down. Nothing gets saved either. It keeps happening. I tried to download my document, re-download the document, printed and scanned the document, and it is still doing it. I tried all of the fixes that were listed on the website and then restarted the computer and nothing was fixed.

  3. [BUG REPORT] When in Fill & Sign, Auto fill box make the document zoom out. Using Windows 10 Pro. All my programs are up to date. Please fix this!!! This makes it extremely hard to sign documents. I have to keep fixing the zoom multiple times on one page/ one document.

  5. every time i use fill and sign the program crashes.
    have had online adobe team fix multiple times (which takes hours)
    the problem will go away and then come back a month later . i have asked multiple times what the issue is with no explanation.
    i am using a brand new HP Pavillion Core i7 desk top.
    i will be cancelling my subscription and finding another means of completing my work documents.

  6. Only 2 signature / initial images can be stored currently. Every time I want another signature I have to swap out an existing image for one from my files. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to maintain a much larger selection of stored signatures / initials for completing documents for multiple members of the household.

    Can you please try signing out from your application. Go to Help > Sign out.

    Sign in again to the application and try to use Fill and Sign.

  9. I have an adobe acrobat DC, and I've tried several times to fill in a form on the app. However on the Fill & Sign tool, the Add Text function isn't turning up. How can I fix this?

  10. I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

  11. The older version seemed faster when I used fill & sign. Also, when I place the cursor in the field you want to fill, I used to be able to use my up and down arrows to adjust it to the field better. It seems slow and sluggish now.

  12. The ability to add a date to my signature with Fill & Sign is a serious limitation (the document has active fields.) Blocking the "fill" may be "as designed", but the design is flawed because it prevents important functionality.

  13. fill and sign entries (text inputs into forms) are initially editable but then lose editability for unknown reasons. When filling in a large form I need to be able to go back and change entries. Why do my entries stop being editable??

    Entries in Fill and Sign will stop being editable once you apply a signature/initial to document and then save it.

  14. I don't understand what I'm doing to make this happen, but when I am typing using fill and sign the page starts zooming out when I type certain keys. It didn't do this before the last update. I've noticed it happens when I type 1 or 2. Is there some shortcut I'm calling without noticing? How can I make this stop?

    Hi,

    There is an option to increase the line spacing when you convert the text to a comb field. Follow the below steps :

    1. Place a text field.
    2.Convert it to a comb field by using the 4th option in the quick tools section (next to delete icon)
    3. Increase the line spacing by using the re-sizer on the right hand side of the comb field.

  16. I like that I can now scroll through the entire document and not just one page at a time but I can't scroll with my touchscreen because it always thinks I'm trying to "fill". It would help a lot if I could also scroll using touchscreen in my business.

  18. Acrobat Pro XI allowed signing fillable forms. Now when i try to sign one after others have signed in their blocks, it won't let me.

    Please fix this. It is a major hamper to my work.

  19. I am having an issue with the "Fill in and Sign" feature. When I open up a PDF that doesn't have fillable fields but I'm just trying to add text to the page, as soon as I hit the letter "A" key, I get an error message that says, "Currently there are no form fields in this PDF. DO you want Adobe Acrobat to detect form fields for you?" This only happens when I have the Single Key Shortcut Accelerators enabled in preferences. When I don't, I can type the text without an issue but when they're enabled it triggers…

  20. how about being able to sign documents without connecting to a cloud service or being completely disconnected from the internet.. heck I can't sign it when i am fully connected..
