  1. Comments and highlights should look color coded regardless of how they are sorted out... all in the same color looks elegant and everything but it was MUCH easier to read comments in past versions of Acrobat when they were shown with their color

  3. I deal with multiple sheets of similar layout. I would like to zoom in on an area and go from sheet to sheet with the same area zoomed at the same scale. The version prior to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allowed me to do that IF I was zoomed in anywhere that included the top margin of my image. But the new Adobe Acrobat Pro DC will only allow a similar zoom if I have zoomed into the TOP LEFT corner of an image. : ' ( : ' ( : ' (

    You can use Loupe tool for getting your desired result.
    Follow below mentioned steps to activate loupe tool.
    Go to view > zoom> Loupe tool.

  4. After Acrobat updated to 2019.008.20071, my Enfocus Pitstop Tools have disappeared. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing both Acrobat and Pitstop. With no change. I have checked for an update to Acrobat but get a message that 20071 is the latest version. Enfocus says the problem is in Acrobat.

    When can i expect a fix for this. I need these tools in order to be able to work with my customers. Thanks

  5. My copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20080 is constantly crashing when deleting comments. Since Adobe removed the tick box from the commenting feature, which was easily the worst UI/UX decision in recent history, I have resorted to deleting comments in order to be able to go through documents with hundreds of markups.

    However, the current version fo Acrobat pro DC can only handle a couple of comment deletions in a row, and literally crashes after every 5 to 10 comments.

    So if I have a document with 700+ comments, you can imagine my frustration and the amount of crashing.…

  6. On a Mac in Default Mode, it should be possible to copy highlighted text by using the keyboard shortcut.

    Now, all you can do is select the highlighted parts and right-click -> Copy Text. Why shouldn't it be possible to select the highlighted parts and press Cmd+C?

    Doing the extra clicking work is very labor intensive when working with a lot of previously highlighted paragraphs.

  7. Hello Adobe IT-support

    Currently I got an user where Adobe Acrobat DC randomly crashes with following error codes:

    Name on program with error: AcroRd32.exe, version: 19.8.20081.46137, time stamp: 0x5be1da18
    Name on module with error: Annots.api, version: 19.8.20080.44583, Time stamp: 0x5bca4f44
    Un expected error code: 0xc0000005
    Error 0x001273d0
    Proces-id 0x4b28

    I have tried to uninstall Adobe and repair it again with no luck

    What is wrong?

    1. Comment markups randomly disappear from the screen, sometimes when zooming in and out, sometimes when scrolling. Sometimes they all disappear, sometimes just part of a page. Zooming or scrolling does not fix the problem. They will not draw correctly until I hide Acrobat, then making it the active application again, sometimes I have to quit the application and restart to solve the problem.

    I need to use a split screen, half InDesign, half Acrobat, when I'm running corrections. That does not leave real estate for the giant comment sidebar in Acrobat, so I need to…

  8. We are a publisher which also publishes PDF version online. In trying to use the latest version (2019.008.20081) to save as reduced file size, the text becomes corrupted.

  9. The ability to group multiple checkboxes under one name, each with different export values, and retain the ability to select more than one option.

    We import/export information from PDF's and our CRM, and there's no way to import checkbox fields because we can't group them.

  10. A built in function to create a header and a paragraph below that can collapsed or expanded when the header is clicked, while pushing down the content below it. I know that word documents and excel have similar functions.

  11. You used to be able to click on Draw Line and it would remain on until you clicked it off. Please bring this back. It is a pain to keep having to clicking every time you draw a line.

  12. Is there a way to associate multiple lines of highlighted text with each other? For example, pointing out contradicting lines in one paragraph against lines in another paragraph during in a review.

Draw tool properties cycle is not purely fixed, when using keyboard shift+d, Cloud Tool Properties appears in one cycle, and not the next one, as in if I started out with Arrow Tool Properties, if pressing shift+d 8 times doesn't lead to Cloud Tool Properties, the next cycling through drawing tool properties Cloud Tool Properties would show up upon pressing shift+d 8 times, and then the next cycle Cloud Tool Properties would not show up, and the next cycle it would show up again.

  14. We have successfully implemented the Catalog for Adobe Acrobat and Reader in SCCM 1806 and systems are responding well to updates. Upon trying to create an Automatic Deployment Rule to only push the latest full available update to my systems, I come across the issue where the Supersedence information is not filled in on the update bundles that are provided.

    Having this information filled in will allow us to use Automatic Deployment Rules, so that we can do it fully automated.

  15. After working with Kalpana for over an hour it was found the Acrobat Pro DC issue was coming from OS Mojave. I am unable to use the link tool in the manner it is described. In the past when adding links you could draw your rectangle box as large or as mall as you needed, now in Mojave it goes in and out and it staggers or goes away when trying to make a smaller box. I use this option daily and the issue just started when i installed Mojave.

  16. One click to send an attachment is enough. Having to click three times before we get the ability to attach it to an email is ludicrous - it really slows down workflow. COME ON Adobe! Your new updates for Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat have made your workflows worse not better

  18. Twice today I have Shared a document with someone, clicked the track button, and the document DOES NOT appear in the list of files called "Shared for Viewing." Does my recipient have the doc or not? If I don't get these documents in on time I am out of business.

  19. Please include the message in the email when sending for signing. At the moment, to review the message itself, you have to Log into Adobe to view it. If the message can be included in the body of the initial email, it will be helpful and more time efficient. As it is, reminders sent out for Adobe sign includes the email message so why can't the first Adobe sign being sent out include this.
