  5. When trying to enter bleed and crop marks I try and change the size to A4. But it is grayed out.

  7. I don't want the required fields outlined with a red border when my client opens the form, only when they have completed it if there are any required fields missing. This would seem logical & I cant understand why this isn't already in place?

    You will need to implement keystroke script for this. You can use the Properties dialog > format > Custom options to use.

  8. Go back to the way it was before this update...I've spent half the day re-scanning documents because it CRASHES every single time!!

  10. My Acrobat Pro DC automatically updated yesterday (I did not tell it to update from CC as its supposed to work for updates). Now when I open the Commonlook plug-in I get only a black screen.

  11. My adobe acrobat pro dc updated to version 19.008.20071 and it will not stay open for longer than about 30 seconds.
    There is not pop up window stating an error, it just disappears from the screen. It does this whether i open the program alone or if i open a file and start working. I ran "repair installation" and have restarted multiple times. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?

  12. Document cloud format update

    This week Adobe updated many features of Adobe Acrobat Pro but actually made this feature worse. Previously the documents were categorised in to out for signature, signed and cancelled. Now their all mixed up and I don't like it. Someone please contact me with instructions on how to use the old format.

  17. You are telling me that I have to save every single document I extract as it's own before I can send it to a recipient via email???? This is going to make my life so much harder and the only reason I even purchased this product was to make it easier to scan multiple documents at once and then being able to quickly extract and send via email each single document I have extracted. How do I go BACK to the old Adobe...I will cancel if there is nothing to remedy this issue.

    Acrobat has inbuilt mechanism for Auto-save to recover files in case of a crash.
    Requesting you to please let us know if you have received the prompt to recover your file on relaunch.

    The default time settings of Auto save are present & modifiable at-
    Preferences-Documents Section→
    Save settings.

  19. Connectivity problem. I was unable to send file to my client. I received repeated error messages saying that I was not connected to the internet. I was not having any internet issues. I was actively online as I was preparing to send. I ended up just using my email program.

    Hi,

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

    Please let me know if issue still exists after update?

  20. The font on the "Recent" screen (where one views PDFs recently accessed) needs to be larger in my opinion. It was easier to read the screen before the update.
