  1. It is not possible to edit image alt-text in Reading Order anymore. The keyboard shortcut switches the mode into some sort of copying mode and I have to restart the program to be able to keep working.

    Also, in the Accessibility Tags, the keyboard shortcut for deleting empty tags (y on Windows) does not work but instead makes the icons bigger in the tag tree.

  4. This should be a no brainer. For anyone who reads lots of PDFs, make a window that allows multiple tabbed PDFs to easily switch between them and organize them in the windows environment. Also if system crashes or reboot, remember the page number that each book is on and restore them all to those pages when acrobat is launched again. This make so much sense for those who use acrobat a lot for reading!

  5. Top file bar order should mirror file system order if group of files selected. By the way, the login procedure for new users does not work. Is this a phishing site?

  11. Please make it possible to redact monetary amounts from multiple documents. The current use case are orgs who have to deal with money daily and need to streamline processes for efficiency.

  12. We use Adobe Sign workflows frequently in our organization. Recently we have been pursuing the option of integrating Adobe sign with our Microsoft 365 applications and believe this could be a powerful partnership saving time and creating efficiencies for our team.

    The issue is that the current MS word add-in for adobe sign does not allow you to take an open document through a previously designed workflow. This renders the add-in and integration useless in our environment.

    Please consider adding the ability for the MS365 add-in to access company workflows.

  13. In previous adobe versions (before the new UI) there was an option to toggle comments/highlights on and off which was super helpful as a student, if I want to go through a pdf more than once and highlight different things with each subsequent pass. Now this option is no longer available which makes using the application very frustrating.

  15. RESIZING A PAGE or pages in a pdf and SAVING the pdf should be EASY. However, it is currently very complicated and requires going into Preflight (not easy for a lay person) and clicking thru non-self evident icons and menus in order to change the page size (found after much googling!). There is a way to change page size when printing but sometimes I need to resize pages and save the pdf to either be shared with someone or to be printed at a later date, not right then and there.   16. New abode has made it nearly impossible to change the scale on the measuring tool. It is no longer a simple right click. You have to make a random measurement and hope and pray that when you right click next, the option to change scale shows up. This is a ridiculous change that needs to be addressed.

  17. Bug: there is no way to make the date field required on Adobe desktop through Request E-Signatures tab.

    While the name, title, etc. fields are automatically set to required, the date field isn't. Unlike the text field, there is no option to make it required, either.

  18. Currently, there is no way in the Admin Console to clearly see recent license purchases for any of the Adobe products. The audit log would seem to be the most logical place to look, but after we purchased 5 new licenses for Adobe Acrobat, my supervisor asked me to confirm they were added to the license pool. However, since I did not know the previous total license count, I could not determine if the licenses were added. I had to contact the billing support to have them confirm the licenses were added, but why make customers go through that when…

  20. To convert EDB to PST manually, you can use the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) or PowerShell commands. In the EAC, you create mailbox export requests to save EDB data into PST files. This method needs technical knowledge and can be lengthy. PowerShell commands are another option, but they are tricky and may not work well for large or corrupted files. Manual methods are free but often difficult and risky for important data.
