  3. When I try to print, I get two error messages, one stating that the PDF file can't be printed, and the second that no pages were selected (which isn't true).

  4. I think it is a very bad thing if a software manufacturer implements major changes such as the totally new design of acrobat pro. I didn't get any notic. it was just there. the handling is ****. Sorry but it is. My quick tool bar was gone. The tools wer gone to the left side. in Short: Without notifying the customer, it is a no go!
    Not even the support knew about this instantly. They had to look it up?! And if you intent to forward critiscm, no one feels responsible. To what sort of company have you been developing.…

  5. Sometimes I accidently start to close a pdf before I'm done with it. A window pops open that allows me to save or discard changes - super useful - but I also want a cancel button OR to be able to hit ESC and cancel the close pdf action. Once you hit the [x] in you have to exit. I want to be able to change my mind. This happens often enough to me that you should 100% make this a priority :)

  6. I dont understand what Adobe has done to the new acrobat. The new page tab is not intuitive to use. Before all things worked fine with rearranging pages, duplicating pages, etc. Now I needed 20 tries to select a range of pages and duplicate them. Please use the old style of managing the pages. It was much easier and not as buggy.

  7. They used to be near each other at the top, now some are on the right side and some on the top. (?!?) How about a Settings option so users can position them where they're convenient?

  8. I am experiencing a similar issue that was written in this bug report "Bug - PDF Tag Panel does not match Reading Order Tool by marking all Tags as Span". It appears that others have encountered this issue as well, but since the form was posted in 2019, I want to ensure it hasn't already been marked as resolved.   9. There are many reports and votes about customers not liking the new UI - me included. It is a load of rubbish.

    Stop copying and pasting your garbage response to everyone and actually take note of what we are all saying.

    You are basically telling people to just get used to it. If it is forced on us in future updates then I'm out, I'll be looking for alternative pdf software, and I'd encourage everyone else to do the same..

    I encourage all to Report Amits' comments as inappropriate.

  11. I love the new AI Assistant feature to support me in my work, making me digest and query large documents faster.

    However, when I worked on a document with AI Assistant and I have to leave for some time and then return, I cannot continue within the same "session".

    Every subsequent prompt results in a long time to process and eventually ending with an error like: "Something went wrong. Please try again. (apiacrobatdesktopmac24.1.10529_13b94403-b2cc-4f27-8195-802e35e9adde)".
    The only solution is to close and re-open the document to use AI Assistant again, but that also cleans my previous history working…

My Previous Company gave me Adobe Premium Acess now that that i don't have access to it anymore I am not even able to use adobe PDF viewer it asks me to buy premium and closes full software I need this to be fixed or else I will quit using adobe Acrobat this behaviour of the software is irritating

  16. On the new Acrobat, there is no setting to change the default for this. It defaults to ON at all times. I am a legal professional, and this would be a big improvement for me. Users who regularly navigate long PDFs of hundreds of pages or more would benefit from having this setting OFF when opening documents, instead of having to disable it every time.   18. I have Adobe Cloud installed on two machines. I use Adobe Pro. I'm signed into two machines. I am not using CloudSync. It's disabled by IT. I remote into one machine from the other, yet Adobe Cloud freezes my computer, closes all PDF's open an can't recognize the machine I'm working on as being signed in.

    From the screen shot, I'm working on 597257 but Adobe doesn't recognize that this is the device is activated.

    I need to be able to work on PDF files on two machines at the same time with the same e-mail address.

  20. I just purchased Adobe Pro 2 days ago, in order to collect e signatures from clients.
    However, I could not send it out as Adobe says "This is a secured file that can't not be signed.
    That was fillable PDF file form from a large insurance company that we use those at a daily basis.
    Before I came to Adobe, I've using Docusign for two years, never had any issue. I then used Docusign instead, it worked perfect no issue at all.
