3. Unable to print PDFs on my MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.1.2.

   When I try to print, I get two error messages, one stating that the PDF file can't be printed, and the second that no pages were selected (which isn't true).

4. Critisicm on global development of Acrobat and Adobe

   I think it is a very bad thing if a software manufacturer implements major changes such as the totally new design of acrobat pro. I didn't get any notic. it was just there. the handling is ****. Sorry but it is. My quick tool bar was gone. The tools wer gone to the left side. in Short: Without notifying the customer, it is a no go!
   Not even the support knew about this instantly. They had to look it up?! And if you intent to forward critiscm, no one feels responsible. To what sort of company have you been developing. Next step will be to disable javascript, right, so that i cannot earn any money at all.

5. Escape from Close

   Sometimes I accidently start to close a pdf before I'm done with it. A window pops open that allows me to save or discard changes - super useful - but I also want a cancel button OR to be able to hit ESC and cancel the close pdf action. Once you hit the [x] in you have to exit. I want to be able to change my mind. This happens often enough to me that you should 100% make this a priority :)

6. PDF Previews in page tab

   I dont understand what Adobe has done to the new acrobat. The new page tab is not intuitive to use. Before all things worked fine with rearranging pages, duplicating pages, etc. Now I needed 20 tries to select a range of pages and duplicate them. Please use the old style of managing the pages. It was much easier and not as buggy.

7. Location of page up/down, re-do, print & save icons should be all together

   They used to be near each other at the top, now some are on the right side and some on the top. (?!?) How about a Settings option so users can position them where they're convenient?

8. Bug - PDF Tag Panel does not match Reading Order Tool by marking all Tags as Span ISSUE FOR NEWEST UPDATE

   I am experiencing a similar issue that was written in this bug report "Bug - PDF Tag Panel does not match Reading Order Tool by marking all Tags as Span". It appears that others have encountered this issue as well, but since the form was posted in 2019, I want to ensure it hasn't already been marked as resolved.    My situation is similar to the original post, but I am facing an issue with converting a Microsoft Word document to a PDF. Although the document appears correctly, the reading order(viewer panel) is incorrect. To replicate the issue, I saved the document as a PDF in Microsoft Word and opened it in Adobe to run an accessibility check. While Adobe recognizes the original tags created in the Word document in the Tags panel of the accessibility tool and the bookmarks appear to have the correct structure, the order viewer panel displays everything as a large mass of span and does not reflect the proper tag structure from the tag panel. I am using a Mac for this entire process.

   Please refrain from mentioning any inability to perform this task on a Mac. I have not encountered any issues with this task prior to the update. The issue is more likely to be a problem where the Adobe Acrobat is not coded correctly or is failing to make sure that Tag panel information is reflected in the viewer panel(Reading order) correctly.

   What is Adobe doing to fix this issue? And don’t tell us that it is not a real problem for screen readers because the Tags panel is ok. When a certain government agency reviews files, they just use the Reading Order Tool when they make complaints against people who use your product. These are not the kind of people who will read all these posts of Adobe blaming each other and then saying it does not matter because some screen readers don't use the reading order. Adobe is basically saying that this feature is pointless. If it is pointless remove it or merge it fully with the Tags panel.

   Besides, there is a lot more assistive technology and applications than just JAWS and NVDA that depend on the reading order and reflow being correct.

   What is Adobe doing to fix this span issue?

   And don’t ask me for more info or more files. You have these posts with detailed explanations and you have already acknowledged the problem exists yourselves and acknowledged that you can reproduce it yourselves. And don’t tell us to go to Forums for help. Because they will send us back to UserVoice.

9. STOP Amit Kumar Jain (Admin, Adobe) From Copy and Pasting the same Garbage to Everyone - WE DO NOT LIKE THE NEW UI

   There are many reports and votes about customers not liking the new UI - me included. It is a load of rubbish.

   Stop copying and pasting your garbage response to everyone and actually take note of what we are all saying.

   You are basically telling people to just get used to it. If it is forced on us in future updates then I'm out, I'll be looking for alternative pdf software, and I'd encourage everyone else to do the same..

11. AI Assistant session breaks during sleep

    I love the new AI Assistant feature to support me in my work, making me digest and query large documents faster.

    However, when I worked on a document with AI Assistant and I have to leave for some time and then return, I cannot continue within the same "session".

    Every subsequent prompt results in a long time to process and eventually ending with an error like: "Something went wrong. Please try again. (apiacrobatdesktopmac24.1.10529_13b94403-b2cc-4f27-8195-802e35e9adde)".
    The only solution is to close and re-open the document to use AI Assistant again, but that also cleans my previous history working with AI Assistant.

12. Unable to use PDF Viewer

    My Previous Company gave me Adobe Premium Acess now that that i don't have access to it anymore I am not even able to use adobe PDF viewer it asks me to buy premium and closes full software I need this to be fixed or else I will quit using adobe Acrobat this behaviour of the software is irritating

16. "Enable Scrolling" DEFAULT On/Off Setting in Preferences -> Page Display

    On the new Acrobat, there is no setting to change the default for this. It defaults to ON at all times. I am a legal professional, and this would be a big improvement for me. Users who regularly navigate long PDFs of hundreds of pages or more would benefit from having this setting OFF when opening documents, instead of having to disable it every time. As a side note, to my mind, a selection available from the current settings SHOULD achieve this, but currently does not - see attached. There is currently no difference that I can discern between Single Page and Single Page Continuous. Single Page should disable scrolling, or there should be a separate option.

18. working on a remote computer and Adobe Cloud closing open PDF files

    I have Adobe Cloud installed on two machines. I use Adobe Pro. I'm signed into two machines. I am not using CloudSync. It's disabled by IT. I remote into one machine from the other, yet Adobe Cloud freezes my computer, closes all PDF's open an can't recognize the machine I'm working on as being signed in.

    From the screen shot, I'm working on 597257 but Adobe doesn't recognize that this is the device is activated.

    I need to be able to work on PDF files on two machines at the same time with the same e-mail address.

20. Unable to sign a secured file

    I just purchased Adobe Pro 2 days ago, in order to collect e signatures from clients.
    However, I could not send it out as Adobe says "This is a secured file that can't not be signed.
    That was fillable PDF file form from a large insurance company that we use those at a daily basis.
    Before I came to Adobe, I've using Docusign for two years, never had any issue. I then used Docusign instead, it worked perfect no issue at all.
    I contact Adobe customer, they could not solve this issue, they told me I need to flatten the file ( to print this form to be a PDF to get ride of those security stuff) then it's good to send out to sign.
    I don't know what is a secured file, those forms are meant to be signed, and we have been doing it for a couple years with Docusign. Since Adobe can't do the same job, in stead of wasting time to flatten the file every time, I hope your technical support can improve it.
