  1. This basically a bug that detracts from your product. Due to this feature, you cannot scroll on tablets. Minimizing does NOT fix this.

  2. I would like to be able to put very specific tools on the home page, such as Bates numbering, Redact, or OCR. Not just the Edit Icon but very specifically an icon that will go straight into Bates. Four clicks are too many when you work in law firm and are using Bates constantly.

I see now the "Recommended" tools, and I expected those to "learn" which tools I used the most, but I haven't seen that yet.

  3. Make the application, file, and window icon the same. Personal preference is the easier to see red version.

  4. Dear Sir,
Please note that Accessibility Settings for enabling Dark Mode don't always work. They do work but in some cases only. Please see the attached images to understand the issue. It's high time that Acrobat DC should officially support Dark Mode / Dark Theme for viewing a pdf in the same way as the feature is supported on Android version of the software. Dark Mode is partially implemented in the product like the Tools Bar and all but not implemented for viewing a pdf. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you.

  5. It would be GREAT if, when multiple PDFs are selected and opened all at once, Acrobat could SORT them as Windows sorts them in File Explorer. Each Client has multiple documents OVER TIME and we name the PDFs so they'll sort chronologically in File Explorer but once loaded into Acrobat, their filename tabs are all scrambled up across the top of the Acrobat window and with the filenames not real easy to see it's very LABORIOUS to un-scramble them ... :-(

    1. Open a colourmanaged Pdf with emdedded profile in Acrobat DC and also open the same Pdf in Photoshop. Colourprofiles are ignored in Acrobat DC.
    2. Happens on: Windows 10, Acrobat DC pro 2021.001.20142, Nvidia Geforce 1070 Driver 27.21.14.6172 and below.
    3. Colours should be equal in indesign (where the file was produced), Acrobat and Photoshop.
    4. Colours are not equal. Acrobat DC ignores the embedded profile.

In noncloud versions of Acrobat for example Acrobat Pro 8 colourmanagement worked fine.

  6. Hi Adobe,

Mostly I am using Acrobat to check Output. I am total angry because Acrobat doesn't remember my last window setting. I have to always to click 'Print Productions' button and - it is the most boring - I have to always click to smart triangle at left mid to open left sidebar and have to click to open Page thumbnails.

Acrobat should remember the last state or some setting menu to turn on my favourite window layout..

    Very thx

  7. Please add the toggle to allow users to switch back and forth from "Classic Adobe" and the new version to our settings. Classic Adobe is much more user friendly for keeping your docs organized while the modern version is good for template editing. The new version is just not as easy to visualize your work and stay organized. The search feature is not as useful either. Please add this back as soon as possible.

It was very helpful to have the ability to use both versions.

  8. This is a bug. When I go over the vertical bar (column) on the left side of the window to make the Thumbnails, Booksmarks and Attachments icons visible, I have to be in the perfect spot to click on it. Otherwise, Acrobat won't let me click even though I'm on top of the bar. Please fix - this should be easy to both reproduce and fix.

  9. While there are increasing numbers on symmetrical highspeed circuits there are still those of us who utilize a lower speed and asymmetrical connections (ADSL, fixed wireless, etc). Watching a circle spin and having to continually check back for for 30-45 min as a document uploads is not overly helpful. A progress bar showing a percentage or even a simple "x of y Kb" uploaded would be a vast improvement over the current situation. For a bit of reference 50 miles west of the US Capitol building in Washington DC our best ADSL speed is 7M/0.6M and fixed wireless speed is…

  10. The output preview ("op") window has a standard width that can not be underrun. As the window is very big, it would help if you could narrow the window more than it is possible at the moment. Therefore you would have more space on the monitor for your document itself. In my case with my older monitor, the window uses nearly one-third of the space of the whole screen and annoys me very often.

  11. Since Christmas is coming, this is my wish.

I work in Acrobat DC Pro daily for multiple projects. Each project has multiple PDF files.

I use tabs within a Window. So my "Open Documents as new tabs in the same Window" is selected.

What I wish for is to be able to have TWO Adobe windows open, each with their own tabbed PDF files. Thus, I would be able to have one project window open and have tab access for all PDFs for that project. The second Acrobat window would have a second set of PDFs, all listed in the…

  12. When there are multiple PDFs open, it is difficult to tell which one is the active tab. I suggest a Preference option to use a different color for the active tab or have Acrobat do this by default; I doubt anyone would complain.

  13. When trying to customize the Quick Tools toolbar, the dialog box opened on a different monitor than the application. I didn't realize that and force quit the application because it looked like it froze. Only after reopening did I realize what was happening.
It would be nice if it consistently opened in the same monitor the application is open in. I tried this with the display maximized and not maximized and it didn't make a difference.

  16. (Enterprise) Need an alert on or from the Adobe portal, when the number of users mismatches the quota number in each of the Adobe groups. the mismatch would indicate that a user was added or removed.

  19. I see you changed to red icons recently, WOW is all I can say. I have a lot of .pdf files saved on my desktop and it looks like fireworks going off.

I liked the black better. much easier on the eyes. Thanks for your consideration
