When I use the fill & sign feature with latest version
The older version seemed faster when I used fill & sign. Also, when I place the cursor in the field you want to fill, I used to be able to use my up and down arrows to adjust it to the field better. It seems slow and sluggish now.
1 voteHi,
We have made some fixes around this area. Can you please update to the latest version : Go to Help > Check for updates.
Do let us know if you still observe the crash after updating to the latest version (2019.010.20069).

OMG, what a nightmare.
I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

The little circle just goes round and round
When I try to "sign" a document, I sometimes get that little circle that just goes round and round. I had no problem with the old version.

Auto Fill won't disable
Auto Fill won't disable and just forces the same entries into multiple sections. Basically I can't fill out a form with out acrobat putting the same words in most of the sections. For example if i type my zip code in the zip code box it make every zip code, sate, city box whatever i type and i can't change any box without it automatically changing all of them.

Create "Save As" or "Clear Form" for Adobe "Fill & Sign"
Create "Save As" or "Clear Form" for Adobe "Fill & Sign" so that we don't overwrite an original form and have to re-download each time we use the form.
1 voteHi,
You can always do a Save As from the File menu once you fill the form.

Fill & Sign check marks, X, radio button etc other than "sign" all disapear on some documents and show up on other documents. How to I fix?
How to get the check mark to show up under the Fill and Sign feature?
1 voteHi,
This is AsDesigned behavior. We show only the sign option for PDFs which have active form fields.
For other PDFs all options)checkmark, cross, sign etc.) are displayed.

To have the option to turn off messages when I add/or place a signature
To have the option to turn off messages when I add/or place a signature, really annoying. Otherwise, I like the product, I use it everyday

Fill and sign loses data
I fill data in a PDF form and save the changes. When I return to the document at a later stage, and make a single change, I lose all the previous data entered, only retaining the last change. It is annoying to lose all your typed data.
Luckily I save it in Dropbox, so can get back to original revisions.

is this suspicious email REALLY FROM adobe?
I just opened an email froma a which reads:"Hello Bob,
Hope you are doing well! I work with Adobe and I am a Product Manager in the Document Cloud group (which includes Acrobat, Reader and much more). I have got your reference from the feedback you have left for Fill & Sign tool on our portal. It would be great if we could have a short call to discuss and understand your requirements in detail. I would also like to get your feedback on some of the new Fill & Sign capabilities we are exploring.
Please let me know your…1 voteThanks for reporting your concern. This seems to be a case of mistaken identity. Adobe employees do contact customers directly to help them in any issues they are facing. Do let us know in case you face any other issue.

Signed document should be frozen, while it is not....
When we (in my company) sign documents with "fill and sign", we get following instant message; " When you save a form with signature or initials you will no longer be able to edit the existing form fields". This is perfect! BUT; this is not true! Even after the document is saved, others can change anything in the document, and even delete the signature!!!?!! Should be possible to choose if others should be able to sign (as multiple signatures often is needed), or if it should be totally locked for any editing after signing!

Your sign and fill sucks!
Make it actually work. Total waste of my time. Super disappointing. Docusign has you beat all over the place.

Batch superscript or subscript within a field
Holding the Command key (Mac) or Control key (Windows) should allow for selecting/highlighting multiple, separate characters or words within a text field. Similar to how the Shift key can be used to select/highlight a single range of characters.
This would allow easier batch modification, to be used when making many singular characters within a paragraph into subscripts, for instance. Command or Control-selecting each character to be modified then enables the user to only have to click the subscript button once, instead of for each character after highlighting.
