1. Cloud-PDF-Editor deletes previous entries with new entries

   Hello,

   I have the following problem ...

   We open the PDF files via Sharepoint, then a file is opened online via the Adobe Document Cloud.

   These can then be edited and saved there.

   Now we come to the problem.

   If you edit a PDF file and edit it with the couser (mouse) it works and there is no problem.

   But if you edit the file with your finger or the pen and write things into it, the written thing disappears a short time afterwards. But only if you put the pen down and then write something new, the previous one disappears.

   If you save the file and then open it again, everything that has been written is there.

   So it can be summarized that if you make an input with the pen or your finger (touchpad on the Surface), it disappears immediately but is there again when you open it again.

   If you paint directly with the mouse, this doesn't happen.

2. I added form fields (including a signature field) to a PDF, using Acrobat DC. Now, when users try to fill and

   I added form fields (including a signature field) to a PDF, using Acrobat DC. Now, when users try to fill and sign the form using Reader, they get an error message reading, "The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unknown error." They are unable to save a signature onto the document.
   Not the most helpful of error messages. How can I avoid users getting this error?

3. Polish font does not work in Fill&Sign

   When I enter a Polish character (for example Ł), the font changes, letters get displaced and the text is unreadable. When I close and reopen the file, the text changes to a random string.

4. Cannot fill Thai language

   I found issue that unable to fill Thai language in PDF when using Acrobat DC for Mac.

   Typing in English is ok but not on Thai.

6. Circle option isn't a circle and can we have option of its color?

   We use to have the option to change the circle tool color to red and now I don't see it. Also, the circle is now more like a rectangle with rounded edges? I use this option a lot.

9. Allow signers to be removed if they have not yet signed

   I understand protecting a document after a signer(s) has completed his/her signature. However, pdf creator should be able to remove a signer(s) should their signature no longer be required (based on the signer not signing the pdf yet). Additionally, this functionality should be doable on desktop software vs forcing user to do it online/cloud.

10. Complete in Any Order option for 'Anyone' assigned fields

    There needs to be an option to assign fields to 'Anyone' on a multi-signer 'Complete in Any Order document'. Acrobat allows you to choose both options but the result comes back as a ghost check box or blank spot where a field should be. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and requesting assistance from Adobe, it isn't a feature available. But it is? The error that comes up is "There are fields in the agreement that are not assigned to a specific recipient. When recipients participate in any order these fields are not available for filling." Can they be available for filling? I understand compiling the separate documents sent to multiple signers wouldn't make sense if multiple people checked the same boxes. But then REMOVE the 'Anyone' assignment option on 'Complete in Any Order' please.

    A solution for this frustration: I suggest an option to edit multiple check boxes and fields at once to be able to assign them faster? NOT one at a time.

13. Show date & signer name below uploaded image signature

    I am using Adobe Sign to sign numerous documents. I need the signature field to show the date of signature as well. If the signers chooses to sign by typing or drwaing, I get the date below the blue line, but I dont get this if the signer uploads the singature as an Image.

    I basically need the opposite of what is described here:

    I've using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. How to change the settings for to make any selected word to enter in pdf without retyping the same word for next time. Previously, it will show word box so that I can select the previous text that have been typing in pdf. But, now it was missing. kindly help

16. Settings>Personal Preferences>My Events

    I get too many email notifications. Suggestion: add new option in "My Events" email notification: "Agreement signed by all signers and filed" (currently the option "Agreement signed or approved" sends me email when each signer signs. I only want an email when all signers have signed and the "Agreement is signed and filed".

    In Acrobat Pro DC, when adding a new Digital ID, there is an attribute 'Email'. Please allow all email addresses in that field. Do not arbitrarily limit characters in email addresses to: a-z A-Z 0-9 . @ - _

    Today I want to use an address, from+dsig@example.com, using a '+' character. This is perfectly legal in my email address, and I should be able to use it in a digital ID.

    Beyond that, email addresses are no longer limited to a subset of ASCII Latin letters. Addresses in many scripts are now legal, e.g. Hindi ईमेल-परीक्षण@सार्वभौमिक-स्वीकृति-परीक्षण.संगठन or Arabic

    How to reproduce:
    In Acrobat Pro DC (2021.001.20135) on macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra, do Acrobat Pro DC… Preferences…. Signatures… Identities and Trusted Certificates, More… The Digital ID and Trusted Certificates Settings dialogue appears.
    Click on the "Add Digital ID" icon (picture of an ID card with a "+" on top). The "Add Digital ID" dialogue appears.
    Select radio button "A new digital ID I want to create now", and press Next >. The Add Digital ID dialogue becomes a form with 7 fields.
    In the "Email Address" field, type an address containing a "+", or a non-Latin character. Fill in the other fields reasonably. Press Next >.

    Observed behaviour: The following alert dialogue appears:

    Acrobat Security
    The 'Email' attribute contains an illegal character.
    Only the following characters are permitted: a-z A-Z 0-9 . @ - _

    Expected behaviour: the Digital ID creation process continues, accepting the email address.

    Discussion: Digital IDs are stored in files with the extension .p12.
    They are presumably PKCS #12 format archives. RFC 8399 "Internationalization Updates to RFC 5280" specifies how to store such international email addresses, and my own little address with a "+" sign, in digital IDs.
    I have a Digital ID in a .p12 file, which was created by a previous version of Adobe Acrobat Pro in December 2020, which has "+" sign in the email address. Thus Acrobat's limitation on email address characters seems to be a recent regression.
