Option to disable types of signature
The "type" option for signatures is not valid i all countries.
If anyone can just "type" a name with keyboard then there is nothing to prove who wrote the name.I would suggest an option to disabe the "type" field and other fields in the signature process.
It would be nice to be able to do it through the syntax. So that it can be made individual for different templates.

Signing documents within a portfolio containing locked documents.
Would love to see a way to send a form that requires signatures in a portfolio that also contains contracts that are already signed/locked.

UNABLE TO FIND IN DETAIL SIGNED AGREEMENTS
WHEN SIGNED FILES ARE SEARCH UNDER MANAGE WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND THEM. WE ACTUALLY HAVE TO FIND THEM MANUALLY WITH THE DATE IF SIGNATURE

Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these. As a result, I felt nervous sending the document out to client because I was forced to send it directly after my first pass of prepping for signatures. I tried to create a template and that was…

If email signature is entered incorrectly (typo) for an Adobe Sign, it will require the entire piece to be cancelled. of
Adobe needs to to a better job of making sure people enter email signatures without typos before proceeding with an Adobe Sign document. Either double entry of email recipients or warning that if email is incorrect, the transaction will not go through.

White font that I can't change
While using Fill and Sign the text is showing up white. I can't figure out how to change it back to black.

Not able to access the adobe fill and sign says contact IT person thats me
I have the Adobe DC that I pay monthly for but it will not allow access to the adobe fill and sign and to contact IT person for access. I am the IT person and have not idea why this stopped working?

Annoying changes
Why do I have to sign in to forward a file to email? This is a new function and it's **** annoying. Please change it back or I will switch to Bluebeam

If you forgot to put 2nd signer email address, there's no go back options to add, you have start all over again. It will be good if such function is enable at the last stage so we can make necessary amendement/adds on needed.

Fill & Sign - Request Signature - Email Notification
Is it possible to allow "creator" to control the settings of email notification?
This is to minimise spamming of emails.For instances, someone that we put as "cc" should only receive 1 email which is the final/completed signed documents email.
For now, "cc" receive 2 emails (1st email when the doc is created and send out for signature, 2nd email when the doc is fully signed)Another example, someone we put as "signer" should only receive 1 email when he/she being asked to sign a document.

Need my Fill & Sign recipient to be able to initial pages when Requesting Signatures.
I have contracts with initial blocks at the bottom of each page. I am able to initial these by using the "Sign yourself" button in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, but there is no option within the "Request Signatures" function for my recipient to create their own initials. I have to fudge it by just giving them a text field which doesn't produce a nice cursive initial like my own. Intials should be added as an option under the "See more field types" pull-down. This seems like an obvious miss (initials for me but not for thee) that would be easy…

When Saving File Shows -Signed When Signature Is Added As In Previous Releases
In previous Acrobat users save the pdf and -signed suffix would be in the save file. Please add option to DC. The Accounting Firm just switched to DC, and does not have this automatic option now.

Change Fill & Sign feature
I need help with changing the signature in the Fill & Sign feature. All suggested changes are not working. The minus button in the field is grayed out and you cannot change the signature.
I have many licensed users that need to update their signature and we are not able to.

1. Once you enter the Fill and Sign app, wait for around 10 seconds.

GET RID OF 'WHO NEEDS TO SIGN FIRST' SCREEN
I am not sure why there is now a screen after I press the fill & sign button that asks who needs to fill and sign first, but it is just 1 more step, one more click I have to make before signing each document I open - very inconvenient. This extra step also seems to slow down the time it takes adobe to open and prepare my document for any sort of editing.

Fill and Sign and Adobe Sign (formerly known as Send for Signature) are now consolidated into a single Sign tool where you can either fill & sign a document or get a document signed from others. It includes a simplified experience that asks you who needs to fill and sign first: you or others and then walks you through the steps to complete the task. It’s the one place for all your form filling and signature needs. For detailed information, you may refer to the article What’s new in Adobe Acrobat DC

New Fill and Sign experience a total fail!
The new "Fill and Sign experience" being tested is a total fail. The Sign Yourself button is completely unresponsive and my saved signatures and initials are no longer available. The test has rendered Adobe Pro unusable for e-signing documents myself.

2. Details of your OS.
3. Does Application goes to Not responding when you click on the Sign yourself button? You can follow the steps at : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html to generate the dump files.
4. Are you not able to create a new signature/initial from the sign yourself drop down?

Duplication thumbnails fiil and sign issue
When I have a heading that can be duplicated but a list of names that are different I run into an issue. The names I populate on the first page will automatically appear on the second page. Then when I change the names on the second page it will change the names on the first.

Thanks for reporting the issue. I tried and observed that the issue is happening when you perform a Save As operation and not on a direct Save operation. Also the issue seems specific to this file.
You can try this workaround if it helps. In the meanwhile we are looking into this issue and will inform you once we have new updates.

Fill and Sign Auto Detection Encumbrance
Based on a documents layout, the Fill & Sign tool automatically detects where the user may want 'Add Text' in order to fill in static forms, as indicated by a blue highlighted box.
This can be burdensome as sometimes you don't want to add text to those automatically detected "fields", however you are forced to.
Unchecking 'Automatically detect Form Fields' in Preferences>Forms doesn't do anything.
Could there be a way to disable this?1 vote
