5. Make Acrobat DC and Acrobat Classic to remember the "All Tools" pane state in "Reduced" mode

   We have observed that Acrobat Classic and Acrobat DC do not retain the state of the “All Tools” pane when operating in Reduced Mode. Each time a PDF document is opened, the “All Tools” pane automatically appears, even after being manually closed previously. The application does not remember the previous state.
   This behavior occurs exclusively in Reduced Mode, which is critical for our environment because we use a mix of licensed and unlicensed configurations that require this mode. Users have reported that the persistent “All Tools” pane is disruptive and negatively impacts the reading experience.

   Please address this issue so that the “All Tools” pane state is preserved in Reduced Mode.

7. Cannot connect to Adobe update server / Error 105

   No updates have been made since Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 20643. Error message 105 appears.

   „Unable to connect to the Adobe update server. Check that you are connected to the internet and try again.

   I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, reinstalled it and received version 20693. The update function does not work here either.

10. bring back old, clean interface

    Please stop updating Adobe and making it less functional everytime. I just need a clean surface with a toolbar of my favorite tools at the top (e.g. marking things, the arrow, page navigation, text recognition). Stop the AI tools. Improve your text recognition. Almost everytime I get a new update, I end up being annoyed and disrupted in my workflow. This could be such an easy and clean tool. I would love to go back at least 2 versions, but that is not possible

12. Thumbnail Selection Too Difficult - Extraction Issue

    When using the side panel for thumbnails, clicking anywhere on the thumbnail is like a soft select, you have to click the little box or else if you scroll the document your selection disappears. if you select anywhere else on the thumbnail, it's also very difficult to see what is selected.

    Then when you drag the selection to extract, it unselects the page you dragged it from so when you want to delete the selected pages after you extracted them, that page is left hanging around.

    You should be able to select the thumbnail like in the old adobe, by clicking anywhere on the thumbnail. And after dragging it out to extract you should be able to just delete the entire selection.

    Lastly, in order to rearrange pages, you have to select the little thumbnail box instead of being able to just grab and move the selected thumbnail. Very time-consuming for rearranging pages.

    make the response to moving the scroll bar much, much finer
    OR
    make the response to clicking above/below the scroll bar much much finer.

    At the momentthe response is too big and doesn't alllow for very fine up and down movements of the doc.

    There is a bug in Adobe editor. When I am using "add comments' option, this colour palette on the side doesn't disappear after finishing the task.

15. 3 or 4 different tabs to close everytime i open a new document

    Maybe theres an option that i'm missing. But everytime i open a document to have a quick read, there 3 to 4 different tabs i need to close to make the document big enough to be able to read on my laptop screen.
    Two different AI suggestions is ridiculous, please stop, i know where to access the headers, please stop. Or tell me know to make it stop.

    It has been more than a decade that Adobe Acrobat has been unable to provide a fast and efficient means of resizing PDF pages while maintaining the ratio of the contents. Since that time, at least* two other companies have provided resizing that works and is fast and accurate: Foxit PDF [China] and PDF Studio [USA]. Why should users who pay for Adobe Acrobat also need to pay for another app in order to resize PDF pages? Why should we waste our time having to endlessly post this issue? It appears that development of this product is in some manner completely detached from user needs, with no inclination to better the product. Perhaps too many government contracts is the reason. Who knows.

19. Detect 4x6 Shipping Label in document for 4x6 Label printer

    Detect a 4x6 Shipping Label within a PDF and allow printing just the Label on 4x6 Label printer.

    So many "normies" receive a label in an 8.5x11 PDF and would not be able to figure out how to get the the label centered in a smaller 4x6 document for standard Label Printing.

    Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

    Update Adobe Acrobat Pro to version 25.1.20937 or 25.1.20918 (released Nov 2025).

    Launch Adobe Acrobat Pro on a domain-connected PC (running Windows 10/11).

    Open a PDF file (preferably from a network drive or cloud-based service such as OneDrive, SharePoint).

    Perform normal tasks such as reading or editing the PDF.

    Close Adobe Acrobat Pro after completing tasks.

    The Collaboration Synchronizer error will appear upon closing Acrobat Pro.

    Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.):

    Operating System: Windows 10/11 Enterprise (Domain-connected PCs)

    Acrobat Pro Version: 25.1.20937 or 25.1.20918 (Updated Nov 2025)

    Network Setup: Domain environment, networked file storage (network drives, cloud-based services like OneDrive/SharePoint)
