  1. We cannot easily reorder documents after grouping them in a list. It would be nice to be able to type the number under the oder tab to change the order in the list after grouping them. Moving them with a mouse is glitchy and frustrating.

  3. To import OLM to Office 365 manually, you usually have to employ Outlook's import/export tool or third-party software, which can sometimes be a tedious procedure. Some limitations include the fact that you cannot import OLM files directly into Office 365 without first converting them into a compatible format, which can cause possible data loss or disruption of folder hierarchy.

Yet, with the help of the MigrateEmails OLM Converter Tool, you can easily import your OLM files to Office 365 without any data loss. The tool is created in a way to serves both novice and expert users by simplifying the…

  4. This app has been terrible for the last few months. It's either slow at pulling up doc's, or 'not responding'. Even after tech support did a remote in session. I rely on this app for work. It has become almost unbearable to use. Not sure if this will fall on deaf ears, but we need to fix it. It's extremely annoying & VERY time consuming. I have a very fast paced job. Adobe has always been awesome. Never had issues like this. SOS.

  6. In the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, attempting to combine multiple JPG files of varying pixel dimensions and DPI into a single PDF causes the application to close abruptly without any error message. This occurs consistently when at least one image in the batch differs significantly in resolution or aspect ratio from the others.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Open Acrobat Pro (latest build).

Go to File → Create → Combine Files into a Single PDF.

Add multiple JPG images with different dimensions/DPI (e.g., mix of 300 DPI A4‑sized scans and smaller 72 DPI images).

    Click Combine.

    Expected Result:Acrobat should successfully…

  7. Stuck with QuickBooks Payroll Error PS038 while trying to run or update payroll? This error usually appears due to stuck paychecks or connectivity issues with the server. Use the verify and rebuild data tool to identify problems, then send all pending payroll data. If the issue persists, reconnect your payroll subscription. QuickBooks payroll can run flawlessly again with the right fixes applied at the right time.

  12. Feature Request: Recipient Group Functionality for Adobe Sign Salesforce Integration

    Request Overview:
We are requesting the implementation of a new feature that allows the use of Recipient Group Functionality within the Adobe Sign for Salesforce integration. This feature would provide the ability to add a recipient group, which includes multiple users, to an agreement sent via Salesforce. This way, any member of the group can take action (approve or sign), and once a single user within the group has completed their action, the agreement can automatically proceed to the next step in the workflow.

    Problem Statement:
    Currently, when sending agreements…

    4. Save the document.
    5. Reopen the saved PDF.

    Environment (OS, versions, etc.)

    Device: MacBook (Apple Silicon M1)

  14. When I convert word files into one pdf (right click after selecting documents, option "combine files to pdf") it no longer shows the markup column or highlighted changes from the word documents in the finished pdf file.
I now have to print every single word document as a pdf, then it shows the markup and changes. It takes a lot of time, which honestly nobody has.
It worked 1,5 months ago, please look into this, I need this option daily!

  15. The Save As experience in Acrobat on Windows 11 is extremely frustrating for real‑world workflows. When I create a PDF from an Office document (e.g., PowerPoint), I want the PDF to save in the same folder as the source file or at least be easily reachable via Windows Recent Folders. Instead, Acrobat shows its own “Home”/Recent UI that ignores Windows’ Recent Folders shell and often doesn’t default to the source document’s folder. This forces extra navigation steps every time. Please add options to (1) always default Save As to the source document’s folder and/or (2) surface Windows Recent Folders directly…

  16. When I upload an PDF to an online system in de browser (Edge of Chrome), the standard application for viewing/editing is changed by Acrobat to the browser.

This problem is extensively tested. The problem does not occur when Reader is installed, only when Acrobat is installed.

It's disrupting my workflow a lot, and I have to set the standard application several times a day back to my preferred settting.

  17. I created a protected PDF document with the /DocMDP value set to 2, which according to the specification should allow adding new signatures.
When opening this file in Adobe Reader, the option Digitally Sign is greyed out, even though in the document security properties signing is shown as allowed. In practice, signing works correctly in applications provided by qualified signature vendors, but not in Adobe Reader.

  19. Product: Adobe Acrobat (Creative Cloud)
    Version: 25.001.21111 (64-bit)
    OS: Windows 11

Adobe Acrobat 2025.x forces all web hyperlinks in PDF files to open in Microsoft Edge, ignoring the Windows default browser.

Prior versions allowed users and enterprises to control this behavior via preferences or registry settings. Those controls have been removed or no longer function.

This is a regression that breaks expected OS behavior for users and organizations standardized on Chrome or Firefox.

Please restore a user-visible preference or honor the system default browser.
