  1. Please give me the ability to disable someone else's AI Assistant popup from one of my forms they are using. They have no reason to need the assistant and the popup is just an annoyance.

  2. When I click requestion E-Signatures, I type in the person I'm sending it to and click more option to extend the date out further. When I click more options it takes me right back to the document, and I learned that I have to wait about 10 seconds before doing it again for it to work. Once I learned this, I just started waiting 15 seconds after typing the signer in before clicking more options. I send hundreds of these a week and it's a big-time suck to wait on every single one of them. It used to work normal,…

  3. I am using Acrobat Distiller 26.0, Version 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x) on a Windows 11 machine.

I added a radio button to a form, and wanted to check how the button would appear to the end user once it was selected. I clicked the button, and then went into the "Prepare a Form" tool, clicked on the ellipse that provides more options, but the Clear Form option is no longer there.

How can I get this option back again?

I create many forms with radio buttons, and often test fields to see how they will look. I definitely need to have…

  5. As an Adobe Enterprise customer, we require the ability to identify inactive Adobe Acrobat users to effectively manage and optimise license allocation.

Currently, the Adobe Admin Console and Global Admin Console provide license assignment and administrative reporting, however they do not provide visibility into actual Adobe Acrobat usage by assigned users.

We would like Adobe to provide reporting capabilities that include:

    • Last Acrobat application usage date per user
    • Last Acrobat sign-in date per user
    • Product activity history by user
    • User activity reports filtered by product (for example, Acrobat Pro)
    • Ability to identify users with no…

  6. Adobe Acrobat Pro: everytime it downloaded an update, which are 1 gigabyte at a time, it doesn't over write the previous update and the updates pile up, hidden. I ended up with 25 gigabytes of unnecessary files. Because it is incremental, I couldn't figure out if the computer was failing or if something was eating up the memory for over a year. Our IT person had to use a special program to figure it out.

  7. Acrobat Reader has about 1/2" between the "+ Create" button and the "..." button - that's the most readily available place to grab the window to move it around on the desktop. The current implementation has a couple of problems: 1) the "+ Create" menu is CONSTANTLY posting a menu that obscures the 1/2" of window banner where you can grab and move the window, almost always NOT being what I wanted. Can we get rid of that button altogether, perhaps moving that functionality into the 'hamburger' main menu button? It's SUPER irritating to be forced into making two or…

  8. Acrobat Reader frequently asks if I'd like to enable all features despite the security risk of doing so. How about being specific about which features I'd be enabling and what security risk they impose? Why would I want to enable features that the application itself warns poses a potential security risk. That seems foolhardy. How about offering a Chinese menu of user selectable features that could potentially be enabled with check boxes, thereby enabling the user to opt in/out, preferably with a sensible set of defaults...

  11. Acrobat Pro should be able to find all accessibility errors and suggest a fix for each one, with a button to fix it, similar to find/replace in a document. When I use Acrobat Pro, it finds some of the accessibility errors, but no option to fix them. When I put it into PAC for the final check, it finds more errors so I am spending hours on each document that our agency posts online.

  12. so i don't know why, but recently, a new popup appears when i open Adobe because apparently i'm not paying enough per month to have a truly professional experience. according to this popup, i can't allow anyone else to use my account but i am allowed to use it on two devices. i have it signed in on two devices: my computer and my cell phone. but no - i could not for the life of me (and I took 3yrs computer information systems in college) figure out how to kill the popup. so fine: i followed the prompts to…

  13. Adobe Acrobat incorrectly renders newly typed Czech diacritics as square boxes in a multiline AcroForm text field when field highlighting / border hover color for fields is enabled and the field has scrolling disabled via the DoNotScroll flag.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open the attached "DiacriticsnoScroll.pdf" in Adobe Acrobat / Acrobat Reader.
    2. Enable the Forms preference:
"Show border hover color for fields"
/ field highlighting for form fields.
    3. Click into the multiline text field.
    4. Place the cursor at the end of the existing text:
    "Vážený pane Lorem Ipsum,"
    5. Type Czech characters, for example:
    č ř

  14. Editing text: pasting text onto pdf ends up with letters very widely spaced and unreadable. Prior version did not have this undesirable feature. Through trial/error, I found this could be avoided by extra step of selecting "0" on the "VA" menu button, even though it says "0" to start with. Ironically it says "0" as default, but if I do not set it to "0" again (even though the default shows "0"), "VA" now will read "14" for my copy-pasted text edit, and individual letters are so far apart as to be unreadable. It would be nice to revert to…

  16. Enhanced "Move Up/Down" in Combine Files

Imagine that you have highlighted a group of files to combine and then the combine files dialog opens and you need to reorder the files. Further imagine say that a file at the top of the list should be at the bottom of the list - instead of tapping the move down button many times, if it is at the top of the list then one further tap should take it to the bottom. Similarly if there was a file at the bottom that should be at the top - one further tab down…

  17. I can't use the Fill & Sign option to type in Tamil in the text box. I'm using Acrobat Pro on the latest Windows version. When I click the text box to type Tamil, the text appears in a box at the upper-right corner, and when I press space, it returns to the original position without any text. However, if I use the Edit option, the text appears after pressing space. How can I type Tamil directly in Adobe?

  18. PLEASE REMOVE THE GEN-AI AUTO DESCRIPTIONS!!!
It's the most inconvenient new feature when reviewing comments. It automatically pops up and hides the comment as you are trying to read it.

  19. I have an ACC subscription, and have only logged in to Acrobat with an account that has one. Acrobat regularly prompts me to "upgrade my subscription" or "reactivate access," significantly interrupting workflow as I have to quit the program, try to log out and back in again, or other troubleshooting steps. This is one of many reasons I don't use Adobe products because I like them, but because there's no suitable alternative.

  20. Following E-002325382 recommendations since the feature is not available. Adobe Acrobat DC does not provide the same level of flexibility for batch PDF creation as Foxit PDF Editor. In Foxit, users can select multiple file types (including Outlook .msg files), combine them into a single conversion job, and reorder the files before creating the PDF. Adobe Acrobat DC does not support this same workflow for .msg files, and file ordering and mixed-file batch selection may be more limited depending on the conversion method used.
This is especially beneficial when processing large batches of emails
