Quickly add frequently-used comments
I use Acrobat to assess student work. It would be a huge time-saver if there was an option to define frequently-used comments that could be easily added to a document rather than needing to be typed/pasted in each time.

Acrobat me exige reiniciar la aplicación para Combinar archivos llamándolos desde Archivo. Si no reinicio, el botón AGREGAR aparece desactivado.

Watermark in Adobe Acrobat
When I try to update a Watermark in Adobe Acrobat suite by changing the Page Range options the watermark is not updated in the PDF to correct pages or not removed. I am following the instructions you have posted and it does not work.

Remove AI Assistant and Popups
I've been a longtime Acrobat user, but the constant AI Assistant and promotional pop-ups have become extremely frustrating. I have repeatedly dismissed these prompts and opted out, yet they continue to appear whenever I open PDFs.
PDF software should prioritize a fast, distraction-free experience. Users who are interested in AI features should be able to enable them, but they should not be repeatedly prompted or forced to interact with advertisements for features they do not want.

2026 Update: Adobe, every iteration of Acrobat gets worse and worse
Offer two user interfaces for Adobe subscribers. One can be a simple interface for opening files, saving files, finding and using tools, all the important things for people who don't need all the ****.
The second user interface can be the crapware that has more garbage on it than functional features.
Who needs 60 Acrobat templates? That's what Word is for. The AI must be powered by Meta because its results are somewhere between illiterate, inaccurate or sixth grade.

Add an option to set the default for View with Scrolling in the Chrome extension
Hi, I would really like to disable ‘View with scrolling’ on the Chrome Acrobat Extension, as I work with an ultrawide monitor and scaling to page width by default is not usable.
I've been informed that 'This is a known limitation with the current version of the Acrobat Chrome Extension: there is no persistent preference to disable 'View with Scrolling' by default, yet. Why Does Every Windows Update Remove Something Useful?
Hello,
It feels like every major Windows update brings changes that nobody asked for. While some updates improve security and performance, others remove familiar features or redesign parts of the system that were working perfectly fine.
I understand that software needs to evolve, but constantly changing the user experience can be frustrating for long-time users.
What do you think? Which Windows feature or change from a recent update has annoyed you the most?

Feedback regarding the new Snapshot tool workflow

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent changes made to the Snapshot tool in the new Acrobat interface.
Three major regressions are hurting my daily productivity:
The annoying magnifying glass: The new pixel-by-pixel magnifying glass that follows the cursor is very distracting, gets in the way, and there is no setting to disable it.
Immediate disappearance of the selection: The blue rectangle disappears instantly after releasing the mouse. We can no longer right-click inside the selection to print it directly.

AI assistant takes too long to answer simple questions
Just downloaded the latest trial version of reader. AI assistant respond to simple questions. It says working on it for past 5 minutes! Too complicated and too many popups for a reader. I uninstalled it and found a better alternative PDF reader for free. Stop making this program more complicated than what users need to read a simple document.

Option to HIDE/MINIMIZE/ORIENT HORZONTIALLY the Floating toolbar.
Need the ability to Hide/Minimize/Dock horizontally the Floating toolbar. It's in the way and takes up precious screen space. Please fix this!

Long-Standing Bug: "Rely on System Fonts Only" Resets After Every Major Update
I am writing to formally report a bug that has persisted across multiple versions of Adobe Acrobat and affects virtually every professional user in business environments.
The Problem
After every major Acrobat update, the "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts" setting in the Adobe PDF printer resets to checked, causing print-to-PDF jobs to fail and generate error log files instead of PDF output. The only resolution is to manually uncheck the setting after each update, either through Printing Preferences or Printer Defaults.

If you insist on having a search box in the title bar that constantly opens up on CTRL+F instead of the find window that works, COULD YOU MAKE IT ACTUALLY SEARCH THE DOCUMENT?

Tooltip
In the Accessibility tool - Cannot click on menu item below because the tool tip covers it, tool tip should be kicked off to the side, not covering other menu items. You go to click on something and the tooltip from above pops up and you have to take the mouse and hover away for it to disappear in order to click on what you wanted to - cumbersome and frustrating.

copies field too narrow
The Copies field Acrobat's Print setup window is too narrow to accommodate three digits; it only shows two (even though it will capture three digits.) Widen the field so it will accommodate three digits.

Split by file size not working in french language
In french language, The "Split by" only split by number of page, even if you choose "Number of page"
If I switch to english, it works but as soon as I swotch back to french, it doesn't.

Adobe Sign in App Freezing
Ongoing issue for weeks. When requesting signatures in Adobe Sign, entering the email freezes the entire app.

Can't grab and move window
There is no room at the top bar to grab the window and move it. Remove all the useless stuff there, please. The screens are huge nowadays, why do you still have to make everything smaller and smaller or hide it entirely. Sheesh.

Allow search in my document ONLY, not tools
When I'm searching my document I don't want to see results for Acrobat tools.
In the image I'm looking for occurences of "v1" and don't see a single result, but see tools help. I'm almost NEVER looking for for that. It's a great capability but not all the time.
