Split window
I have a problem with the split window on the two parts.
The bottom part is frozen, only I can close the document and open it again.

Change name of a participant without changing their email address
In order to keep the data up-to-date between our system and the Adobe Acrobat Sign API we want to allow the change of a participant's name without also having to change their name.

no AI assistant
Hi I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro, but I still don't have access to AI assistant. Is it a regional thing. I'm in Australia by the way. I have the full subscription for the whole Adobe Suite. I got through the school I work with.
I can access the free sample version through the web browser; however when I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account on any web browser I can't access the free sample version either.
Please explain.

Loss of licenses when computers crash
I purchased a licence to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. I intalled this on my two computers and have hapilly used them for several years. I have had to reinstall my OS on my laptop a few times now and when I try to reinstall Adobe it tells me I have exceeded the number of licences permitted. Of course this is not correct, just that I cannot sign out from three licenses held on crashed computers. When I call the Support Desk, they give me the wonderful option of purchasing a subsciption. However, I have already paid for a working perpetual licence. Surely Adobe should honor the purchase and expand the number of available licences in this situation.

While doing OCR in one document, i would like to read another open pdf. Instead the program is fully locked in OCR for that pdf, and can't do additional task's. Some kind of multithreads function should been enabled/created for this, thanks.

"Real help from people BS"
It's outragous that paying customers should be promised "Real help from real people" and then be presented with a virtual assistant?
To speak with a real person you have to use trial and error to guess the correct question formulation to be able to reach someone.
This is not acceptable for a $60 per month ($720 per year) product.

Be able to adjust the size of the comments that have been already entered vs just the size of the editing field for the comments that are adjustable via preference.

Accept "Invalid" signatures on backup documents
Signatures from other documents show up as "Invalid" when trying to combine documents into a package that I will then send for final approval and signatures in Adobe Sign. Please make a way to accept the digital signatures as is...
Example - a backup letter or document that was created from a word processing program (Word or Google Docs or some other program) includes a signature on it. That is then combined with other backup/files from the vendor and submitted to us as a PDF for processing a request. When I try to take those documents and include our own internal forms to send for approval. Acrobat will not allow it, saying that the signature on the back up is invalid. To get around this, I need to take print (Print to PDF) that document to remove the signature validation information, resave it, and then add my additional forms.Doing this extra action adds several steps to what is otherwise a fairly routine process.
Please provide a way to accept signatures as they are in a document. It does not accept my selection when I try to "validate all signatures"

Disable Automatic Field Detection when requesting signatures
There needs to be a User-level Option in the Acrobat Pro DC settings that enables a user to turn off Automatic Field Detection (AFD) when using the Acrobat DC Pro Request Signatures feature. Or add an additional dialogue box asking for AFD when the flow is initiated. It is very annoying when the new UI version auto populates fillable fields in a PDF when all you want to do is apply a signature box. This should be an option for those wanting to create a fillable form versus those that just need a PDF signed.

When adding text to document using 'type text ' the software gets hang, happens all the time and with every document.
Please fix the wonky acrobat features to make typing text onto a document actually work.

text missing while Printing on Mac
I'm using a Mac OS, when I try to print some pdf with Adobe Acrobat, some Chinese characters become empty.
I have contacted with adobe agent, they cannot fix this well, they want to me to print as an image, but I don't think it's a solution. I can print well before.
