Bug: Comments no longer hav distinct colors
Previously, delete/strikethrough was shown as red, replace was shown as blue, highlight as yellow, etc.
Now suddenly they are all the same red color so it becomes very hard to tell them apart.
(In the attached screenshot you can see comment, highlight, replace, and strikethrough/delete are all the same color).
This was likely a mistake/bug introduced in a recent update. It started happening in both Acrobat Pro and Reader, and makes commenting a lot more confusing.
We are currently on version 2024.003.20054 (of both Reader and Pro).A workaround is to manually have the user change the color before adding comments, but having to teach the hundreds of people who will add comments to our PDFs how to manually change the colors themselves is not feasible. Please revert it so the different comment types have distinct colors.

Please remove the [+create] button from the top ribbon where the tabs are. It's highly annoying. Can it be placed somewhere else?

AI accessibility remediation
Accessibility remediation of PDFs is chewing up an inordinate amount of labor, and at present, the steps required to yield accessible PDFs from InDesign are at a ridiculously unrefined, fussy, deep-in-the-weeds stage. This seems like an ideal application for AI. PLEASE create an AI tool that can handle all of the picky details of PDF remediation. I'd love to be presented with a simple set of questions to define things like reading order (in Acrobat and InDesign), then just have the AI handle giving me a PDF that passes muster and works well with assistive tech. I want an AI assistant whose job it is to work across all of my Adobe apps, keeping everything accessible along the way.

Flexible Navigation Pane, Page Control & Toolbar Docking
I use dual 32" monitors for CAD. In version 2023-008-20470 this results is 8" of dead space on each side of a 8-1/2" x 11" PDF . While I like the smaller icons of the latest release, it is infuriating that I cannot place the toolbar, navigation pane, and page controls (Pg#, zoom, magnification, etc.) across the top where they would be most efficient to access in my situation. Their fixed positions on the sides of the screen might be acceptable to laptop users, but it is very inefficient on large monitors.

Get rid of your update
Roll back your update and don't make us use this awful, unintuitive, garbage new user interface. It is horrible, you have done an awful job of soliciting average user feedback.

Improve how user finds the version they are using
Why is it so difficult to find the version and to update existing version already installed. I do not like this program and only use it when I have to.

I can not buy and use registred products
I'm an assistant professor in pure mathematics at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad located in Iran. I can not buy registered products because of sanction against my country. On the other hand I can not access some parts of Adobe website without VPN. I kindly ask you to help me in order to buy your products and use them legally. At least I need Adobe Acrobat pro DC and Abobe Captivate. I can ask my friends who works in North America or Europe to pay for your products but I'm afraid sanction laws to restrict their bank accounts. sincerely. Please display a rotate LEFT button. Now there is only a rotate RIGHT button, which is inefficient if all you want to do is rotate once to the left.

Random, Consecutive Crashes of Adobe Acrobat Professional
I'm using a HP Smart Tank 7301 with HP laptop using the Windows 10 operating system. My Adobe Acrobat Professional version is 2024.002.20991. All security patches and updates have been installed, however, this random, sometimes consecutive software crash continues to happen consistently. This post is October 2018, so engineers have not addressed this for the past (6) years. Does this mean Adobe has placed critical customer concerns on the backburner?

Up and down keyboard keys no longer allow me to change the page
I have recently received the latest update, and now when I use the up and down keys on my keyboard it moves the cursor through the text. It used to be that this would change the page. What is truly annoying is that if I am on page 10, but the curser is on page 1, when I press the down key, instead of going to page 11, it goes to page 1, because this is where my curser is. I have used the up and down keys for many years, and I can not seem to break the habit. Why change this perfectly fine navigational method? Or am I missing something?

Acrobat Reader Freezes Upon Launch
Current version of Acrobat Reader is trash. It freezes for several seconds EVERY time I open it. It's to the point where I'm now making the effort to only close individual PDFs, rather than closing Acrobat altogether, so I don't have to wait through the "start-up freeze" several times a day.
Additionally, forms have been acting strange in some cases. We have some forms where you can type stuff into a field, and as soon as you click out, the field goes blank. Then if you click in, the text is back. But that's pretty stupid, you should be able to see all the text anytime.
One of our forms is an Employment Application that we've been using for years. Only recently, have we had applicants complaining about things not working right in the form. Nothing in the form has changed, so it's definitely an Acrobat issue.
I stopped using Adobe products at home quite awhile ago, but I am forced to use it at work. If I had the ability to do so, I'd wipe my work PC clean of any Adobe product and install alternate PDF software.

stop coming up with new stuff!
It is tiring to deal with ever changing technology. The previous interface was so user friendly and everything was working smoothly. There is no reason for your company to spend resources on ever updating and changing interfaces. It confuses the users and creates more tech support request. Some things are best to be kept as is as they are working perfectly.

Have an option to hide the editor features and use a reading/display mode as default view
I want to use the browser extension for Acrobat Pro as my default PDF handler but most of the time, but not all the time, I am just wanting to open and read a PDF and not edit one. I was surprised there is no option to have it default into a reader mode/display mode with the editor interface hidden with perhaps a button that will toggle back to edit mode when needed.
You can see the default view in the attached screenshot which clearly isn't conducive to just reading. The pdf is shrunk into that window making the text hard to read. All the buttons and menus are too busy and distracting for a reading mode. I realize there is a zoom feature, but I think having a preference setting to default to a reading mode makes much more sense for users.
Thank you for any consideration! :-)

Malicious behavior of the Search box
From initial versions of Adobe Reader, its search box behaves (in Windows) a different way than any other dialog box.
When I try to select part of the searched text to change it, it lets me select it, and only when I release the mouse button, it selects everything.
It is not possible to accustom it, because the whole Windows environment behaves different way.
So it makes me angry every day for decades!
I suppose there is not any settings or workaround for this problem, so this behavior should be changed.
BTW, I do not understand why this was made this way?

Adobe must support linux
Linux is an open-source Operating system. Many of us are using it for Privacy concerns and it can be suitable for our modest Hardware or really suitable for our budget.
we ask you to make your Creative suite available for the operating system and if not. At least make adobe acrobat Available as it can be beneficial for all parties.
and we as Linux users we ask you to rest assured no one of us expects your software to be " free " we will gladly pay for it as others who uses different operating systems then us.
and if you are concerned about the amount of users then don't because if you make it happen your users will migrate to Linux as it provides more privacy and stability

default view
Offer a way to change the default viewing options. For example, if I open a PDF, I dont need the tool bars on the sides and some of the computer screens at work are already too **** small.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD on you ADOBE
I lost 2 days thinking I could put things back - 2 DAYS of WORK!!!!!!
Adobe didn't even tell me they changed my program, the way it looked, operated etc! It took me an hour to find the phone number. Then to have me tell them RESET (which I don't remember where it was) was going to take me back to my app from before the update. SHAME ON ADOBE!!!! We have to get our work done over the weekend now. I want a REFUND and Acrobat should have had more insight on this before rolling the update out to unsuspecting customers.
