Hard to make shapes with no fill
You've hidden the "no fill" option for shapes under an inconvenient dialog box, making it take 12 extra steps to do something incredibly simple - making a rectangle around text to call it out. This is an incompetent decision. You have zero users satisfied with this decision, and every single user complaining about it.
Fix the problem.

Creative Cloud thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of Acrobat
When I create new dynamic stamps in Acrobat, Creative Cloud then thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of all my CC apps. Every time I launch Acrobat (or other CC Apps), a warning dialog opens informing me that I can only have apps stored on 2 computers with my license. I need to click Learn More, visit Adobe's Web site, dismiss the browser, and return to Acrobat to continue using the Program. This behavior I have experienced on Mac OS Sonoma (14.1.2).

Issue: Unresponsiveness in Handling Large PDF Files Post-Update
Since the 2023 update, users have reported that handling large PDFs (over 100MB) has become increasingly unresponsive. The software experiences severe lags, especially when performing actions like page navigation, text extraction, or annotations. This performance degradation is linked to memory management inefficiencies within the new UI framework, specifically affecting systems with limited RAM (under 8GB).
Impact: This lag not only hampers productivity but also creates bottlenecks in workflows, especially for users in legal and research fields where large documents are common.
Suggestion: Optimize the resource allocation for large file handling, reduce memory spikes, and improve cache management to provide smoother user interactions.

Why Change the Layout?
I have been using Adobe Reader for a little while now as have many others and am curious if anyone at all ever asked for a new layout? I am very used to the locations on the old ones and now I have to wander around figuring out where any little thing is located and what the new silly little icons mean. This was force fed by an automatic update and it is awful. If its not broke.....

Name of Program
- Adobe Acrobat Pro. First, please give us the name of the program we are using, the app name, in the top banner that always stays in place. That way, as we change windows and screens, we know what program we are using. I use both Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Reader, and sometimes at the same time.
- I'm not sure I like this new version that is coming. I'm trying it out and it doesn't seem intuitive.
- I prefer more English words, not less. So please don't replace English words with more icons/ symbols.
- Allow us to provide Feedback directly to you without going through another website or posting publicly. alh

The Importance of Regular Car Oil Changes: A Guide for Vehicle Maintenance
Maintaining a vehicle goes beyond the occasional wash and tire check; it involves a commitment to regular upkeep, with one of the most critical aspects being oil changes. Many drivers overlook this simple yet crucial maintenance task, unaware of its profound impact on their vehicle's longevity and performance. Here’s why regular oil changes should be a non-negotiable part of your vehicle maintenance routine.
Engine Lubrication and Heat Management
At the heart of every car engine lies a network of moving parts that operate at high speeds and temperatures. Engine oil plays a pivotal role in keeping these components lubricated. As the oil circulates through the engine, it forms a protective layer that reduces friction between parts, minimizing wear and tear. Moreover, oil helps manage engine heat by carrying away heat from the combustion process, preventing overheating and potential damage.
Cleansing and Preventing Build-Up
Over time, engine oil accumulates dirt, debris, and other contaminants. This accumulation can turn the oil into a sludgy substance that compromises its ability to lubricate effectively. Regular oil changes ensure that your engine stays clean and free of harmful deposits, preserving its efficiency and performance.
Optimizing Engine Performance and Fuel Efficiency
Fresh oil contributes to optimal engine performance. It helps maintain the engine's smooth operation, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly. A well-lubricated engine is also more fuel-efficient, as it experiences less resistance and operates more effectively. Neglecting oil changes can lead to decreased fuel efficiency over time, costing you more at the pump.
How Often Should You Change Your Oil?
The frequency of oil changes varies depending on several factors, including your vehicle's make and model, driving habits, and environmental conditions. Most manufacturers recommend changing oil every 5,000 to 7,500 miles under normal driving conditions. However, this interval may need adjustment for severe driving conditions such as frequent short trips, towing heavy loads, or driving in extreme temperatures.
Signs Your Car Needs an Oil Change
Recognizing the signs that your car needs an oil change is crucial to preventing potential engine damage. Keep an eye out for:
Dashboard Warning Lights: The oil pressure or oil change indicator light illuminating on your dashboard.
Engine Noise: Unusual engine noises like knocking or ticking, which may indicate inadequate lubrication.
Dark, Dirty Oil: Checking your oil regularly and noticing dark or gritty oil suggests it's time for a change.
Consequences of Delaying Oil Changes
Delaying or neglecting oil changes can lead to severe consequences, including:
Increased Engine Wear: Without proper lubrication, engine parts can wear out faster, potentially leading to costly repairs.
Decreased Performance: A lack of clean oil can hinder your engine's performance, affecting acceleration and responsiveness.
Risk of Engine Failure: Over time, old and dirty oil can cause serious engine damage, leading to complete engine failure in extreme cases.
The Oil Change Process
When it comes time to change your oil, consider these steps:
Choosing the Right Oil: Consult your owner's manual or a trusted mechanic to determine the best oil type (conventional, synthetic, or blend) for your vehicle.
Oil Filter Replacement: Always replace the oil filter when changing the oil to ensure optimal filtration and performance.
Professional vs. DIY: While changing your own oil can save money, professional service ensures proper disposal of old oil and adherence to manufacturer recommendations.

sensitivity Labels
Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) Purview Labels show on Adobe reader by default upon install for Classification only labels.
When you are in Adobe Reader by default it does not show if there is a Sensitivity Label applied unless it has encryption. Would be good to have this on by default for all companies so when I share Confidential content they know this is labeled as such even though encryption is not there.
It seems the feature is there because I can make 2 Registry edits and it now shows there is a label and I get the option to change it.

New interface needs changes
The new "modern" interface just doesn't work for people like myself who use a lot of plugins and don't need Acrobat for commenting or e-signing. I work in a print shop and I'm constantly reviewing and editing customer files. I need to be able to easily see the page counts, scroll through documents, check page box sizes, etc... All of these changes have made that really difficult and it slows down our workflow drastically. I get wanting to clean things up and I remember that DC was a big shift from older versions like XI that could seem very cluttered. But not letting me put anything in the top toolbar or at least get rid of icons for tools I don't need just doesn't make any sense to me. Even the new "floating toolbar" I can't get rid of the digital signature and comment tools to make space for the tools I use on a daily basis. What is the purpose of this? I'm sure I can get used to having the tools on the left instead of the right but at least let me shrink the window size or minimize it like we used to. I know I can currently switch back but I know that will only last for so long, so I was really trying to get used to it.
Judging by all of the other people complaining, it doesn't seem like you'll listen but I hope you do.The new "modern" interface just doesn't work for people like myself who use a lot of plugins and don't need Acrobat for commenting or e-signing. Minimizing Downtime During a GroupWise to Office 365 Migration
Minimizing downtime during migration from GroupWise to Office 365 is crucial to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions. To achieve this, a well-structured migration plan is essential. Start by conducting a thorough assessment of your existing GroupWise environment. Identify the volume of data, user configurations, and any potential issues that could impact the migration.
Next, implement a staggered migration approach. Instead of moving all users at once, migrate in phases. This approach allows you to manage and address issues on a smaller scale before rolling out the migration to the entire organization. It also helps in minimizing the impact on daily operations.
Utilize migration tools designed for seamless transitions. Tools such as Microsoft's Exchange Online Migration Wizard or third-party solutions can automate much of the process, reducing manual errors and speeding up the migration.
Ensure effective communication with users. Inform them of the migration schedule and guide what to expect. Proper training and support can help users adjust to Office 365 more quickly, reducing downtime caused by unfamiliarity with the new system.
Finally, perform extensive testing before the full migration. Conduct tests with a small group to identify and resolve potential issues. After migration, monitor the system closely to address any post-migration issues promptly. Partnering with experts like Apps4Rent can further ensure a smooth and efficient transition from GroupWise to Office 365, minimizing downtime and optimizing the migration process.

Send for Shared Commenting Script Error
We use the "Send for Shared Commenting" daily with review files hosted on a SharePoint site. Yesterday, it started acting up again like a month or so ago with script errors. It goes from saying our login credentials are invalid (untrue), to indicating our browser needs to be updated (what browser? we're in Acrobat), to not recognizing us when we literally just sent the PDF ourselves. The attached images show the various messages.
This is a pain, because we can no longer see other people's feedback and this is causing project delays.
