PUT THE TOOLS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE.
Put the ******* toolbars back. Move the Left sidebar BACK onto the right side. Put the right sidebar BACK onto the left.
Stop ******* with things that aren't broken. It makes me hate your products more than I already do. Knock it off, and stop breaking **** that doesn't need to break just so you can keep your miserable jobs.

Check for Accessiblity ignores RowSpan/ColSpan tags in Attribute Classes
Some tagged PDF tables have RowSpan/ColSpan for data cells (<TD> tags) defined in Attribute Classes. While these correctly appear in the tag properties under attribute classes, the "Check for Accessibility" feature ignores it.
To reproduce the issue, have a table with a cell spanning multiple rows or columns. Have the correct RowSpan/ColSpan tag under an attribute class instead of a direct attribute object. Run "Check for accessibility."
A small PDF showing this problem is attached. In particular the data cell in the second row with entry "1/2(2T+1)" is correctly tagged as spanning two rows with an attribute class.
Using Windows 11, Acrobat Pro 2024.05.20320.
Expected result: Table passes for regularity.
Observed result: Table fails for not being "regular."Some tagged PDF tables have RowSpan/ColSpan for data cells (<TD> tags) defined in Attribute Classes. While these correctly appear in the tag properties under attribute classes, the "Check for Accessibility" feature ignores it.

Toolbar obscures document
The new toolbar that hovers on top of the document obscures the reading area on certain devices (like laptops with smaller screens and netbooks) especially when the comments pane is open. It's bizarre to me that Adobe didn't account for different use cases before implementing something like this. It's like whoever made this change viewed their 4k monitor at 100% without ever zooming in and said, "Yeah, this is good. No reason to view this in any other way."
Possible solutions.
Ditch the floating toolbar altogether. It seems pointless to be able to move the toolbar to a different area of the document. Just put them back at the top; in the ribbon.
Create the ability to dock the toolbar or close it.

New page layout format
The latest page layout is so confusing. Why did you do this to us?! It's one thing to update looks and add/subtract features. But you swapped sides. Now all editing tools are on the left and navigation (bookmarks etc.) are on the right. Why do this? That just slows us down and confuses us when we are used to it being editing on the right and navigation on the left. There doesn't seem to be a purpose in swapping them except to torment us. Perhaps you can add a preference in settings where we can make the layout as we like it?

Toolbar Personalization
I rarely comment on product updates because my life is crazy busy and I don't want to waste my time. In fact, I've only ever opined on such matters maybe three times in my life, and I'm middle aged. Hopefully, that clarifies how strongly I feel about this.
I absolutely HATE that I cannot personalize my toolbar. I hate not being able to dock it. I have forms that I use in my job, and I loved have immediate access to "Save As" so as to leave my original intact and not oversave it by accident. Yes, I realize I can add it to that ridiculous sideways toolbar, but it's on the bottom and the bar is not docked so it keeps getting in the way and is distracting. The work space doesn't feel clean with that little annoyance there. I want it in the header, and I can't move it there. I can't add any buttons to that worthless bar in the header either. For a program that has the entire purpose of being able to suit a document to one's specific needs, this toolbar setup is shockingly cookie-cutter and does not allow for personal preference AT ALL. I'm SO disappointed that this is what I have to deal with now. The last update was bad enough, but this one is infinitely worse. Most of the major program suites provide full customization of toolbars, but instead of adding that convenience, you've whittled away at it. It's a rotten shame, and now I get to lose time in figuring out how to try to set up this awful UI so I can have a smooth workflow yet again. This is truly disappointing from a program that clearly has chops when it comes to programming personalization. Bug: Editing alt-text in reading order no longer works
It is not possible to edit image alt-text in Reading Order anymore. The keyboard shortcut switches the mode into some sort of copying mode and I have to restart the program to be able to keep working.
Also, in the Accessibility Tags, the keyboard shortcut for deleting empty tags (y on Windows) does not work but instead makes the icons bigger in the tag tree.

Make Adobe Acrobat like Browsers
This should be a no brainer. For anyone who reads lots of PDFs, make a window that allows multiple tabbed PDFs to easily switch between them and organize them in the windows environment. Also if system crashes or reboot, remember the page number that each book is on and restore them all to those pages when acrobat is launched again. This make so much sense for those who use acrobat a lot for reading!

Latest Update Destroys Form Readability
The form created in Adobe with various fields our business has used for four years is now unreadable after distributing for signatures. Text in all the fields becomes super-sized, showing only a portion of it. This is disastrous for our business! Must have a fix!!
