Add support for 3rd party plugins in Acrobat Unified Installer reduced mode
Currently 3rd party plugins are not supported with the Acrobat Unified Installer when it is running in reduced mode (running as Reader instead of Acrobat Pro). We are looking for plugins to be supported in reduced mode as well.

When I get to the e-signatures, I enter the emails and click for the next step.....it starts to download the document and stalls at 72% and won't go any further. What is wrong and how can I fix it?
I'm using Adobe Pro which I just got and not sure how to use it yet.

UI/UX from Stone Age
This app is ridiculously dumb and overly complicated. Look at the webapps on the internet. Do you even have designers? Although I understand, you are a very small company with no profits and composed of -5 employees.
You have the worst UI for a company that focuses on "design" :> hilarious. your designers should try stand-up comedy.

Side bar and other rants
Not being able to move the side bar to the top is ridiculous. Just a terrible layout that is not productive. Good software is written to be highly customizable, not locking the user into what you think is best.

Convert PDF to PowerPoint Options
When converting a PDF to a PowerPoint file, Acrobat automatically attempts to convert individual slide elements such as text into editable content.
This is useful for many users, but that makes PDF a far less useful intermediate filetype for locking and preserving PowerPoint formatting than it should otherwise be. In an ideal world, one would be able to turn off that feature and create a PowerPoint file where each individual slide is a static image— leaving zero opportunity for a missing font or any other weird issues to appear whatsoever.

Hyperlink Capability
The Message field under the Recipient tab in Agreement Templates for Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce needs to be changed from a plain text field to rich text or another format that supports hyperlinks. The package my company is sending out contains a URL for the customer to access but they currently have to copy and paste the URL into a browser instead of being able to click the link.

Get rid of all the visual clutter on the interface.
The interface is way too cluttered. The top "toolbar" with "Home" and "Tools" and a feedback button is completely unnecessary. Stick those functions in the Mac Menu Bar and free up my screen real estate.

Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes when I use the keyboard when QuickBooks is open
Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes when I use the keyboard when QuickBooks is open. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2024.002.20687, 64-bit; Windows 10 on a PC; and QuickBooks Enterprise 23.0. When I hit any key, I get an error box titled "Windows - Entry Point Not Found", with the message "Exception Processing Message -xc0000139 - Unexpected parameters". When I click the "OK" button on the error message, the same error message reappears. The only way to get rid of the error message is to go into the Task Manager, select Reader, and end that task.

STABILIZE COMMENTING BOX FOR EDITING PLEASE
When I return to a previously inserted comment box to edit. The previously typed texts gets grayed out and the entire comment box then 'disappears' on the page. I have to retype everything again. Sometimes that invisible comment box reappears somewhere else. Sometimes there are hidden boxes from previous comments which has to be deleted. Please Stabilize the comment box, do not override previously entered texts. Allow one to edit previously typed texts without making the text 'disappear'

my old form changed with new update. It used to work great. Now when I request e-sign text box alignment and font size or something changes, so all text isn't visible and it is all left justified. See attached examples.

Default Zoom setting not working
When selecting the default zoom by going here:
menu -> Preferences -> Page Display ->Zoom percentage
...changing the Zoom Percentage value does not have any effect on the actual default zoom. When opening a new .pdf document, it defaults to 150%, which shifts the picture off screen. Every time I open a new .pdf I have to zoom out and it's getting annoying!

Not a Fan of the New Interface
I "critically" agree with some of the prior assessments I have read in the flow here. I think the comment from the user that "HATE"s the new interface is the best summary of the issue. While I doubt that the change was arbitrary, because companies rarely do things on a whim, I certainly don't agree with pushing a change for everyone. If the menu positioning is something people want flexibility with, then make this a user-controlled setting. Right now, flipping the prior configuration makes little sense, if only because the traditional layout has been the standard for a while and is most in line with how other document suites configure their displays. As another commenter states, "If it isn't broken...." While it is cliche, it is reasonable feedback. Thanks.

Acrobat has Application Error during first use of acrobat after install
Today, I installed Adobe Creative Suite, including all available applications that came with the subscription. Afterward, I opened a PDF in Acrobat that I had created by printing to PDF from Firefox.
In Acrobat, I used the "Create a Form" feature and saved the form. Then, Acrobat prompted me to restart the application to enable some AI features.
When Acrobat restarted, I received the following error popup:image of a screenshot containing the following error popup:
Font Capture: Windows - Application ErrorThe instruction at 0x0000000622DA5B referenced memory at 0x0000000018. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.
