Making Adobe acrobat actually work would be a start!
I HAVE to use Adobe Acrobat as I frequently need to mark up pdf files for editing. I pay for the professional version. This is the most frustrating and useless software I have even encountered. It crashes numerous times, gets stuck in odd routines to "prepare files for editing"; this software is making me very unproductive purely because of its bugginess. Really odd 'feature' on comment markup when adding things in superscript, where it then places them in subscript (absolute shambles to mark things up for typesetters when the software does this!!). If I select multiple files in Windows Explorer, Right Click on them and select Combine Files in Acrobat, some files are always SKIPPED. However, if I select Show More Options first and then Combine Files in Acrobat, then no files are SKIPPED ever. Both should work, but only 1 works.

If you go to a directory on a network neighbourbood, and open a PDF file, then:
1. Adobe PDF Reader says something like this in Chinese (Trad.): Log out and open" （登出及開啟）;
2. Foxit PDF Reader says something like this in Chinese (Trad.): Sign out an open" （簽出並開啟）Since I have not logged in to either Adobe or Foxit, except having logged in to my computer using AD/SSO, it does not make sense to log out or sign out and open the PDF.

I'm looking for help for a particular feature. I don't want a ******* tutorial. The help panel is ******* useless. I want to type in the feature i need, and have options from there. Instead, you present me with this panel full of mostly irrelevant options. In particular, the crop tool should actually CROP SOMETHING. Instead, i've got a keyline with handles of some kind around the part of the page I want to crop.
