   I never use Bookmark ... but here it is every time I start Reader (taking up half of the screen with my document scrunched down accordingly). Not to mention the nav buttons hiding down in the corner on a right-hand tool bar. Are you people mashugana?! It's like you've never seen a Windows nav tool bar (well, before the little morons "ribbonized" things).

2. Glitching files

   Dear acrobat service,
   I recently purchased a new laptop (Dell XPS 13). After downloading acrobat reader (the free version) I observed something unusual. Certain PDF files (The ones that are fill-in forms or with digital signatures exc...), when opened, glitch and all pages move, random windows closed exc... basically the laptop has its own life without me controlling anything of that. I tried to uninstall and re-install the software. I contacted the Dell support that made me try these commands, one by one, on the prompt:
   sfc /scannow

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

   I re-opened one of the problematic PDFs on acrobat reader, still the same issue. Of note, these files were already present on my old laptop and never gave this problem with Adobe. However, after trying anything they could on their part, they suggested I contact Adobe assistance, so here I am. Not all PDFs give this problem, only the ones following in the aforementioned categories.

9. Disable signatures tab that opens every.single.time I open a new PDF

   New in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat (2025), every single time I open a new PDF, the signatures tab opens on the left and blocks a third of the file view. Sure, I can go close it. But, every.single.time! Why was that chosen as a default? Every single file, even those that don't have any signatures on the page. Can I turn that off? I honestly really hate it.

    SUGGESTION: When opening a file on a Mac from within Acrobat or Reader have Acrobat or Reader permit the open file dialog box show both pdf files and fdf files.

    Acrobat and Adobe Reader programmatically declare that the open file dialog box shows only PDF files, and all other formats, including FDF files, are greyed out. This requires the user to first click "Show: “All files” in order to access an FDF file, and for users who may do that frequently it is a pain. I can't think of a good reason to exclude FDF files from the open file process in Acrobat and Reader.

16. Export a PDF menu

    Observation
    If the User navigates to Adobe Acrobat and opens a .pdf and then selects File they will notice, when the menu twirls down, that one of the options is "Export a PDF". However, when the User selects this menu option they will observe that there are 16 separate options for exporting a of which none are an actual PDF.

    Expected Results
    When the User navigates to File they should see that the menu, to export a file, says "Export A File"

    Comments
    As a secondary note the Acrobat File Menu has zero continuity with regards to sentence case. 'As' is Title Case, but 'as' is lower case 'e-signatures' is lower case but on the next line 'Files' is Title Case. 'Search' is Title Case but 'properties' is lower case? Perhaps a review of your QA Team performance is required.

18. Best Way to Fix Outlook not responding

    If the Outlook data file is holding some error or another, Outlook keeps on saying Not Responding. So you may try the tips to get the error on the Outlook data files fixed.

    1. Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16.
    2. Now double-click on SCANPST, and click the Browse button to choose the PST file.
    3. Click Start to begin the scanning and to add PST files.
    4. Then click Repair to begin the repairing process.
    5. Wait out the repair. When done, a popup dialog box will appear with Repair Complete written on it.

    At the moment, users will be able to fix the problem of Outlook Not Responding. Some other times, the facility would have a very high chance to be corrupt. In such situations, i'd like to propose the user repair of corrupt or damaged PST files in a safe manner.
