Poor Sign-in design for Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat sign-in process is anti-customer and designed to frustrate your clients.
(1) I have to click see more to click on sign in with Microsoft. Only Apple, Google, and Facebook are available on the first screen. I highly doubt that Facebook is used more than Microsoft, but regardless, there is more than enough room to allow all 5 of the allowed SSO methods to be available on the main sign-in screen.
(2) You only allow 2 computers to be signed in at a time, regardless of whether the other logins are active. This is problematic and frustrating behavior for…

Many professionals use Adobe Acrobat to handle PDFs, but its automation and script execution capabilities are limited. Users often rely on external executors to run advanced scripts for document processing.
A built-in optimized script execution system within Acrobat could:

Acrobat on Mac OS has critical bug. In particular, when entering data into a dynamic XML PDF file, the “created” timestamp of the file system metadata of the file is changed upon save of the file (which results in the “created” timestamp matching the “modified” timestamp). This bug does not exist in Adobe Acrobat on Windows.
This bug affects any program that relies on the “created” and “modified” timestamps accurately reflecting when files are created and modified (like cloud data storage systems).
Adobe has known about this bug for 5 years but has not done anything to address it.

Issue with Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant - Restrictions on Scientific Content
Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team,
I am writing to you today to report an issue I am experiencing with the Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant, which is affecting my ability to use it for scientific and educational purposes.
I primarily use the Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant to read books and scientific articles related to human evolution and anthropology. I often ask questions about different human species, their ancestors, fossil evidence, and evolution in general. These are all purely scientific and well-documented topics.
However, I have noticed that the AI assistant refuses to answer many of my questions related to these topics,…3 votes -
Stop with the intrusive AI prompts and popups
If I want to use these features (and I don't) I'll seek them out. Having to click through distracting dialogue boxes every time I open Acrobat is grating. Please stop using your product to advertise your product.

shadow appears after deleting text in any form field.
Any time a member of our service team utilizes adobe acrobat for fill out a form, when they delete text a shadow remains and doesn't go away. This makes it impossible to edit text within a form field and is super frustrating. I tried to contact adobe support but they said they couldn't help and told me to fill out this bug report. As soon as you click off the form field the deleted shadow text disappears. See photos

small font eventually becomes Greeking
If I've had a PDF file open for a while, the small font (in this case, denoting what PMS ink color to use) changes to Greeking/nonsense characters and PRINTS as such. As the file in question is one that is frequently used, that this file print correctly regardless of how long it's been open is important. And please note that a "while" is approximately 30min. to an hour at a time.

PDF showing artifacts in Chrome browser
When creating a PDF from Illustrator the file appears fine but when posting to a website and viewing in Chrome, artifacts (bounding boxes) show up around text and colors appear to shift (transparency issue). When disabling the chrome reader, problem persists, when disabling the Adobe reader extension, the issue is fixed. Appears to only happen in Chrome.

link to an attached file, in a .pdf
Currently in Acrobat on Windows 11, I can create a link to
- another view within my document, or
- an URL, or
- a file on my computer.
There is no way to create a link to a file that is attached to my document. This has been verified by Customer Support.
I want to create a link to a file that is attached to my document.
(NOT to a file on my computer, or on the internet!)
However, the "open a file" option in "link action" opens a file manager for my computer, and does not allow me…1 vote -
Acrobat too slow! InDesign & Illustrator even worse!
The newest update of Acrobat is simply too slow.
It takes 4-5 second to open any document, even the most simple one.
God forbid if I decide to modify said document. It takes ages to open each menu or move from one menu to another.
My Acrobat version is 25.1 and my workstation is pretty strong:
Windows 11 Pro 64bit, 13th gen. Intel Core i7-1355U, 32GB RAM, Intel UHD Graphics.
Nevertheless, Acrobat is too slow.
Situation is even worse when I (separately) try to use InDesign or Illustrator.
Can anybody help??
Thank you,

BUG - Window sizing across multiple monitors is not remembered
Starting recently, Adobe Reader does not remember my preferred open size across multiple monitors. I open pdf's in that are 'normalized' (not maximized or minimized) across multiple monitors. In the past Adobe reader would remember my preferred window position across multiple monitors. It no longer does, but opens normalized filling one monitor. Adobe Acrobat Reader 2004.005.20320 64 bit on Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5371) latest version.

Default Screen/Monitor
With multi monitor setup, setting which screen PDF's open to can be achieved by moving a non maximized windows to desired screen then closing and reopening Acrobat Pro. Now with that set opening a second PDF does not follow the first. The desired outcome is for all PDF's to open on desired monitor. Could that be a preference to override?
