  2. Wenn man Dokumente öffnet in Adobe oder welche erstellt sollte ein Grammatik, Rechtschreibungs, komma und Sonderzeichen Prüfer (!?:;'") vorhandeepn sein sowie Fremdwort Prüfung ob alles seine Richtigkeit hat.

    Der Satzbau, die Rechtschreibung, die Grammatik sowie richtige Fremdwort Bezeichnung geprüft werden. Neben den Fremdwort sollte die Bedeutung in Kommentarfeld hinterlegt sein.

    Eine Künstliche Intelligenz prüft alles ob alles seine Richtigkeit hat und verändert alles. Selbst wenn man ein falsches Fremdwort genommen hat in Zusammenhang mit dem Text. Man kann auch der künstlichen Intelligenz sagen. Prüfe zu den Thema die Texte im Internet und mache aus meinen Text mit den überprüften Texten…

  3. Add to the preferences an option to turn off all tool-tips and tricks pop-pops. it's gotten so bad that I've canceled my personal subscription to adobe but still have to suffer through it for work. Also, fire your marketing team for ever coming up with this stupid idea.

  4. BUG: In the convenient user-friendly previous version of Acrobat, a user could turn on the highlighter and then double click on a word or triple click on a paragraph to select, then move to the next segment to highlight.

    In the current please, for God's sake roll it back, version of Acrobat, when trying to highlight by a double, a popup with a bubble, color chooser, and trash icon pops up before it's possible to double click on the word. It's impossible to dump the popup of useless tools to mark the word. ESC does not work, clicking around it…

  5. Add custom layer and page titles, and display them at the upper left corner of the page being viewed. Perhaps also add and display a layer/page description.

  6. InDesign allows for the creation of PDF forms, including text fields, but unfortunately, it doesn't allow users to modify the text field as Acrobat can. For instance, I would like to be able to include default text in my forms (text that appears inside the text field after exporting my InDesign document to PDF); to align the text (left, right, center); etc. It also would be nice to be able to export from InDesign to an Acrobat Reader Extended PDF without having to do so from Acrobat. Adding these Acrobat capabilities to InDesign would be a huge time saver.

  7. It would be great if the same commenting tools would be available in shared and unshared PDFs. Unshared PDFs additional commenting tools, such as "insert text at cursor" and "Add note to replace text", which make it much easier to implement changes once imported into InDesign.

  8. The "Create PDF" button in Word and PowerPoint creates more errors under Accessibility Checker than if you do File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.

    The option to Create PDF in Acrobat also produces more errors in the Accessibility Checker than does the method File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.

    Make these methods work properly or remove them. We don't need methods that generate more errors and confuse users.

  9. Unified 64-bit Adobe Acrobat is installed.
    Suppress sign-in a.k.a "bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx" is enabled.
    End-user is signed into their Adobe account with "Adobe Acrobat Export PDF" subscription.
    Export PDF function does not work. Acrobat prompts end-user to contact the IT department.

  10. When attempting to perform redactions, the cursors are difficult to see and the wrong information may be accidentally marked out. It would be nice to have the option to increase the size of the crosshair and text-select cursors as well as add some color contrast that will help users see the cursor(s) better. Thanks!

  12. Please add the ability to export or simply select, copy, and paste the In Progress list in Adobe Acrobat Signature documents. We have 100's of outstanding signature documents, and it would be great to be able to export the list of outstanding documents in order to follow up with the individuals who have not yet signed.

  14. There is no option to prevent the "Discover" panel which shows Recommended Tools from opening EVERYTIME you open a document. When you're operating with a number of documents for data entry purposes, it is extremely frustrating to have to close the panel every single time you open a document. And no, the "save last settings" check box does not fix this problem.

  15. Admin Console missing KEY Admin feature, reset a user's password. I am going to flood these forums once an hour every day until I get some to respond to why. Security reasons is not acceptable, I am the admin.

  16. In Windows, holding shift while scrolling scrolls horizontally and holding ctrl while scrolling zooms in / out.

    I would like to be able to the same behavior in InDesign so I do not have to consciously change how I navigate documents when using adobe products

  17. As the leader of a company, all documents that I send out for signature as well as the documents sent out by my predecesor belong to the company not to me. There needs to be a way that New Leadership can get access to the documents that were signed on behalf of the company for easy replication or referral. We use Adobe Sign to eliminate paper and move to a digital environment. Future Leadership will need access to these documents in the future.

  18. I have a company brochure in PDF that I would like to email clients. Instead of opening as a standard PDF in vertical view, I would like it to open like a brochure where you can flip the pages like an ebook. This is similar to the 3rd party software made by ISSUU.

  19. It's often hard to see the line added by the Replace and Strikethrough tool. Being able to change the color helps, but being able to thicken the line would be a huge help to those with vision challenges. Why not give users the same properties that are available for the line tool?
