  3. Why the feature is needed

  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Please put back the original E-sign format. The new one in the pop out pages DOES NOT fit the document. The signature is much too large and will end up illegible on the form. And information that use to auto-populate like the email address I consistently sent our contracts to does not now. It's a waste of my time. This change also doesn't work well with my accessibility set up. Please change it back and have us clients do a beta test or something before the next roll out. Thank you!

  2. A recent updates has happened so the way I add multiple files to e-sign from the website portal changed and now once they're signed, I can no longer dowload them as individual files again. The Download Individual Files button is still there, but they come us as 'binder' files and that's added an extra step to saving these files , opening them back up in adobe to separate them and give them new files names, when they used to be just one click. Very annoying.

  3. When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

  4. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

  5. The title of the document contained in the message to recipients should either not have quotes at all or the period needs to be inside the final quotation mark.

  9. The updates made to the "Request E-Signatures" in Adobe Acrobat have made things a lot more difficult to use.

    I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.

    I used to be able to open one document, select "Request E-Signatures" and the "more options" would allow me to add more documents and add the template form I created online.

    I am no longer able to do this through the Adobe Acrobat desktop application but have to do a long-winded roundabout way…

    Thanks for asking, I'm glad to help, the following steps might help you to use Prefill role:

    • Open a file with Request Signature
    • On Recipient modal: Allow sequential signing by checking the box,
    • On Recipient modal: The very first recipient shouldn't be yourself, or the "account user", please enter a different recipient than yourself.
    • Prepare document as usual.
    • Prefill role should be enabled through Context Menu (Click the desired field on page > Change recipient > Prefill)
    • Review & Send

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".

  10. With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

    Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:

    1. Start Fill & Sign with desired document 
    2. On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
    3. After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.

  12. The updates for e-Signature are terrible. the old way kept the "Initials" box small from the start. This new one has to be resized -it's so time consuming. Also I put 2 documents in to get signed at once but it binds the two together, rather than being able to download as separate files once signed - again, this does not work when forms are required for different purposes and need to be split. This may be new and getting used to it, but not helpful at all sorry. Just sharing user experience and hope this feedback is taken on…

  14. I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

  16. The update that was done where everything changed and how the email is for the customer to sign is awful. Customers can't tell where to click in the email to go to the signature page. Also, the way we have to put all the info and emails and click to sign is no good. It takes longer to do and is super confusing.

  18. The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

    There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees.   20. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.
