For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version for this specific draft only. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. The updates for e-Signature are terrible. the old way kept the "Initials" box small from the start. This new one has to be resized -it's so time consuming. Also I put 2 documents in to get signed at once but it binds the two together, rather than being able to download as separate files once signed - again, this does not work when forms are required for different purposes and need to be split. This may be new and getting used to it, but not helpful at all sorry. Just sharing user experience and hope this feedback is taken on…

  4. I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.   Click on your profile icon.
    2.   Select "Settings".
    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  6. The update that was done where everything changed and how the email is for the customer to sign is awful. Customers can't tell where to click in the email to go to the signature page. Also, the way we have to put all the info and emails and click to sign is no good. It takes longer to do and is super confusing.

  8. The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

    There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees.   10. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

    1. Door pagina's te laten laden zoals het hoort. Vaak zijn er blanco pagina's en moet je het via een andere weg naar hetzelfde gaan.

    2. De nieuwste versie van "Vragen om e-handtekeningen" zorgt alleen voor extra werk zonder enige verbetering. Er is geen correcte migratie van oude templates. Er zou dus uren werk zijn om dit te fixen.

  11. When sending documents for e-signatures, it would be nice to be able to send documents from email addresses other than the email my Adobe ID is with.
    I run multiple businesses and don't want clients from Business B knowing my personal email or email for Business A.

    Many people these days have multiple email addresses.

    It would also be nice to be able to edit the email subject line when requesting an e-signature on a document.

  12. For electronic signatures, it has an error 70% of the time. During the 30% of time where there is no error, it says the storage limit is exceeded. I just signed up and haven't used any documents.

  13. Why can't I send out two templates? I used to be able to do so. One is my contract. And, the second is the attached scope of services. And, the scope may change for different jobs. This makes no sense. Please fix this.

  15. Recently your e-sign process has changed and since the new format the process either lags or freezes everytime. This is a headache when trying to send time sensitive documents for signatures.

  16. When someone sends me a digital signature request, the signature that is going into it is wrong and I need to correct it, but it has somehow become associated with my account. I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a way to change it. This page promised to help me:

  19. THIS IS HORRIBLE!! the new updates that you made to esign are TERRIBLE it makes it almost impossible to use. I have been sending all of my contracts with adobe for the last 4 years for my business and now I am about to look for a new product. Why did you change this? it was great the way it was.
