For a new bug:

  5. Observed result

  1. Fix it!!

    You seem to have changed my plan so I can't send files the way I did in the past. You no longer allow a file to be sent to me or create a link for download

  3. Feature request attaching files

    Tell me the reason why I'm not able to attach files to my PDF instead of just greying out the button. Give me the reason why! This software is frustrating.

  4. Useless and disgusts me.

    Useless charges everywhere saying free trial. Felt like I am scammed coz you guys charge useless fee as cancellation fee which should be dropped. Improve on this because we should always be able to cancel any subscription free of cost. People definitely will feel that you are scammning.

  6. Need more than one convert to excel try

    I am on the free plan because I am simply evaluating the app's features to determine if it will do what our company needs. However, when I am allowed only one try at a feature, like convert to excel, that is not enough for me to evaluate our different types of layouts.

    Thanks for reaching out. You can start 7 day trial using Upgrade Now option at top banner. It will not charge for initial 7 days and you can cancel the subscription if the product dont suffice your need.

  7. Search terms won't clear

    After I do a search I can't remove the search from the search box. If I delete the search term the system still only shows me the search term. I can only hit the 'back' button on my browser, or go to the 'home' button to get out of this loop. Please can you look at this? Thanks

  8. digital signature and certificates not usable in adobe sign

    I donot understand inspite of being able to create a digital signature and even 3rd party digital signatures, why is it not possible to use them in adobe sign , it is a very weak proposition when the very purpose of the digitization of signatures is defeated by the platform that was created for it....it is down right silly

  9. Refund needed

    I have had £21.14 taken from my bank account . I did not order an adobe subscription and do not want one . I was talking to a virtual assistnat called Chas who eneded the conversation without helping in any way to resolve the issues

  11. Disappointed

    I've been using adobe products since the 1990's, and it seems the interface has gotten less intuitive and it SUCKS! Greatly disappointed with the products I mostly use; ID, AI, and especially Acrobat. The older versions were a lot easier to use and can readily find the actions I need. Its been frustrating.

  12. can't find how to download Acrobat pro

    you make it IMPOSSIBLE to simply download Adobe Acrobat Pro. IMPOSSIBLE!!!! I have spent over 15 min searching this site and GOOGLING how to simply get a program I pay for onto my computer. It should be immediately accessible.

  13. acrobat useless to us now.....

    Why am I paying money for a program that offers all sorts of editing but can't do the simplest of tasks which is to rotate a pdf to be able to fill in signature and other fields. Our business purchased this program specifically to be able to sign an edit pdfs and now it is useless to us!!!

  14. You suck

    I uploaded a PDF to sign, but when I get in here you display a message: "This document cannot be edited". But you do not explain why. It's a PDF and I need to sign it. I thought I would give you another chance before I discontinue this lousy service but you continue to disappoint. I refuse to continue this service when it never works for me and any other edit feature you want more money for. I will resort to the old fashion print and sign before I give you any more money.

  16. How does Reminder system work?

    I've setup Reminders for 2 documents and they both show the next Reminder day correctly, but there is no evidence of a reminder being sent prior to that date. Just wondering what the trick is to seeing what the reminder system is doing. Eg did it attempt to send at the required time and failed, was it successful or not?

  18. 100 page limit? A free website can handle this and yours that requires a subscription cant?

    How does Organize pages have a 100 page limit when it requires a SUBSCRIPTION and yet some free-website smallpdf can handle my document fine when its FREE

  19. Acrobat Documents ONLINE - PDF POSITION

    Acrobat Documents ONLINE - so if I have 200 PDF scanned and with no names, just dates, so I don't know what they are until I click each one, large previews would come in handy at that point, and then, I click on it to open the PDF, then go, oh I see, no, that's not the one, and I'm somewhere in the middle of 200, say around the 98th PDF, and close the opened PDF it takes me back... TO THE TOP. Now I have to look and scroll down to find my last position. That's bad. BAD.

    Acrobat Documents online - viewing as ICONS with PREVIEWS and RENAMING ABILITY underneath icon preview, resizable for better view of icon preview of PDF. This feature would ROCK.
