For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This is awful! what did you do? I cant find half my files! Why do you keep trying to fix things that are not broken?

    On a normal day I create a contract in 5 min or less. Every time you change the interface there are problems! It takes me the whole day with multiple calls to try and figure out 1 contract! Just stop already.

    If you want to know how to offer a better service, just leave it alone, and keep the service affordable. End Rant

  2. What the ******* *??? Why do you keep changing this * and making it so hard to find things. I just want to send a document for signature using my templates. And I can't. No idea where that **** is now. You're making my work really hard. I'm so ******* ******!!!!

  3. Boy does this online experience SUCK. I just want to edit the fields of a PDF, and I used to be able to do that on my desktop. Now you make me upload the document and go to something called Adobe fill and sign. I wait 5+ minutes while a circle spins and the message is Loading Adobe Sign...

    Forget it! This is just STUPID. Goodbye.

  8. The AdobeSign interface is terrible. I want to be able to star templates that I use often, because my colleagues some how keep creating templates by mistake every time they set up an agreement. It seems like there is something awry or poorly designed that makes it so easy to create a template even without trying to.

    It's also confusing that when you open a template and add signers, the next page shows you the (blank) document with the button to proceed labeled "Send." Most of our contracts have fields that need to be prefilled, so I think a label…

  10. I lost all my work on a document I was filling out.
    I started filling in the document 4 days ago. I left the document open in my browser teh whole time. i came back easilty added edits. Tried to go forward and after clicking next the form got cleared leaving me with the base pdf...
    I went to the document cloud home page and I'm still logged in so I don't know why my form would have been cleared.

  11. Adobe Acrobat Export PDF does not work properly. The numbers are not matching the pdfs. Therefore I would like to cancel my subscription since I have to do anyway everything manually. Very dissapointed

  12. Since the update to the Document cloud page I am unable to see which documents that I have sent out for a signature using Adobe Sign are completed and which ones are still outstanding. All I see is a static list of all my documents mixed together whether completed or not.

    Not a good list if you can't sort it.

  15. Adobe sign never loads on the website. All I see is the Loading Adobe Sign... with the spooling circle. This happens every time I try to log on and it doesn't change no matter how long I wait. Refreshing or logging out doesn't help. I have a very fast internet connection.

  18. Please update your tutorial for web forms. The new sign interface is not user friendly. The old version was easy to get code or a url for a website. Can't find it anywhere now and your tutorial shows the old interface
