For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Adobe problems on Mac

    My Adobe Acrobat is not working with my Mac computer now that I have upgraded to Catalina and actually the version before Catalina too. When I click on a PDF, a popup appears to buy Adobe DC or try a 7-day trial. Then when i click out, it closes the PDF.

  4. use on any device by logging into my acct

    I am paying for the monthly use of Adobe Acrobat DC for various reasons (job search, quickly type into a PDF to ensure it is legible to recipient, projects at my current job, etc.). Therefore I should be able to log in to my account at any computer and be able to use the software / application without having to download anything onto each computer. It should be an application that I can use anywhere, anytime on any device. However, my cell phone is not good for this since it is too small to see the form on my cell…

  5. new layout

    The new layout is awful. All of the options and features I use are now hidden behind 15 sub menus. Please put back to how it was!

  6. I had Adobe 2019 PDF suite & it was great what happened?

    I hope that this program is better than all of these reviews. If it is as bad as all these reviews I will discontinue the service after the trial.

  7. Non funziona

    Non riesco a compilare e firmare il contratto, mi si apre una pagina bianca con una rotella che gira all'infinito e la scritta "caricamento adobe sign in corso". Peccato però che dopo ore non abbia ancora caricato nulla.

  8. Adobe Sign Not Loading

    Adobe Sign worked for a while but is now perpetually "Loading." I need to access signed documents. I'm an attorney; clients need their paperwork filed with the court. This is a problem that makes me wish I'd kept DocuSign instead.

    thank you. the slides are helpful. several qustions:

    1. how high is the pedestal for the VHF DF antenna from the sea surface?

    2. Are there 2 HF antennas, one backs up the other?

    3. DF processing details onboard - I expect that to be DSP-based interferometry rather than the 60's technology of Watson-Watt (Butler matrix).

  10. Download the whole shered folder

    I would like to shere whole folder with my clients. So they could download the whole folder or just some photos. I'm not able to shere in such a way that the client is able to download the whole folder. I tried Document Cloud and Creative Cloud.

    All'apertura di ogni file pdf mi apre la finestra di cui allego un cattura.

    Mi rallenta se non mi invalida la gestione del file stesso (organizzazione pagine, modifica, ecc)

  13. Downloading Acrobat DC Pro

    Hi, I can't seem to download Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The installer package starts to run, but only downloads to 9.2 percent, and then stops, repeatedly. Please let me know how I can download DC Pro without this problem. Thank you.

  15. Ridiculous--Out of Touch- Overpaid - Loss of functionality

    OMG!!! Why did you change this!!!! This new format is the freaking worst and I hate it. It was so easy before....This makes me want to cry. CHANGE IT BACK. Whatever idiot decided to change to this new format has no clue about what customers need. I would rather print and sign and send to my customer and have them sign and send it back.....Stupid stupid stupid

  18. bad experience with password, and nearly every time I use your website

    Congratulations! You just made me waste 30 minutes of my valuable time just to reset a password.

    This kind of nonsense is going to push me to another PDF program if you don't make this easier and less of a GD nuisance!

  20. Poor conversion from pdf to excel

    COVERTED TO EXCEL AND IT SIMPLY DROPPED AN IMAGE OF THE pdf INTO AN EXCEL FILE. Not what I was looking for.
