For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Where the **** is the delete option?????? Your tools suck!!!! WTF??? What incompetent F's approve your UI? If I can select a file I should be able to delete that file on the same page as the selection option.

  6. I believe the feature for resolving comments in a PDF in the web UI is flawed. After I resolve comments, very often I will return to the document and they're not resolved. I can confirm I'm looking at the latest/refreshed PDF in the UI, and I'm certain my collaborators have not unresolved the comments.

  7. The E-Signature Request function is malfunctioning.

  8. DO NOT force Sign users to use New Sign until is ready; it is not ready now.
    New Sign breaks existing templates by (I think) defaulting all initial (& other?) fields to the first sender, even when it was 2nd sender on the template.
    Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out.
    My documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient.

  9. I've noticed recently that, when I send a document out with a date request, the date is then not carrying through when the document is returned to me, i.e. not the date stamp on the signature, but if I ask someone to separately date the document, then the dating function isn't working.

  10. AI Assistant is crashing often. It is fine as a tool, but it needs a lot of refining to get where other companies are at the moment. I can't even upload 3 files without it crashing out.

  14. nah ********* for this - asking me to make an account promising unlimited downloads and access to a free service just to collect my information and only give me one additional download? I will never use your service and I will actively tell everyone I know to avoid your services for the rest of my life. Scam company

  15. I want cloud storage to disappear. It is garbage and I cannot get rid of it. This is insane. You force me to use a substandard product that slows my OS and has the slowest server response I have ever seen. Cloud storage is garbage.

  19. As of today, my combine files is not working. I use it every day for work.

    When I click and drag a file over in "Combine Files," it will not open. The download spinner just keeps spinning.
