For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. There is no clear and intuitive way to cancel an Indesign 7 day trial. I am wasting my day talking to a chat assistant. This should be considered manipualtive fraud that you do this. I had the same issue when you tried to auto renew a 360 plan after one year that I had no way of cancelling until I wasted over 30 minutes in chat with customer service.

  3. Adobe has made their product so complicated and messy you practically need a diploma to navigate the product. Everything seems to be in the wrong place, nothing is intuitive. Worse the floating options are trigger happy and will automatically activate and change the page you are on before you have even been able to register what the function you are floating over is. Who in their right mind designed this product? More problematic than efficient. Buggy as all ****. KEEP IT SIMPLE!

  7. you are the least user friendly app I have ever had the misfortune to use EVER

    everything I try to do is as convoluted as possible

    I just want to be able to read my pdfs on my Mac even though I only work on them on my PCs but can't install the free reader because I pay for a subscription

  11. I miss all of the annotation tools we used to have as reviewer and as manager of a review. Please bring these tools back. For example, the previous view (alt + left arrow).

  15. Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

  19. Im soo frustrated- Adobe creative cloud is using 90% of my RAM memory and the program keeps crashing- 7 times yesterday! I am unable to even scan for words on a document without getting multitudes of errors.

    How can I turn off the cloud service and disable these additional features that I are making me LESS productive?

    Also My pop up blocker has blocked 193 of your attempts in the last 4 minutes that I have written this email. Please stop and let us use the program without all the unnecessary marketing and tracking! I have been paying $30/ month…

  20. It is not good organized. I have a Adobe pro. But, there are another old version version that props up, when I am looking for my document. How to get rind of old adobe versions. Thde new upgraded Pro versions shpould automaticly include tthe documents in the old version and remove the old version
