For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. PDF Conversion Issues

    This product is pretty bad. It has serious trouble converting PDF documents to Word documents. It will literally insert numbers and symbols randomly into words.

  2. Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now

    Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

    Zeer onduidelijk hoe dit werkt. Ik heb een document gedeeld met een ontvanger. Ik zie niet welke versie dit is. Er zijn namelijk 4 gedeelde versies ontstaan. Onoverzichtelijk.

  7. poor excel conversion

    the current conversion from pdf to excel lumps all the words in one cell, used to be converting the words into individual cells.

  8. Not Enough Information Listed

    I really want the old Adobe Sign website back. The Document Cloud website barely gives any info and even on documents that have been signed it says "sign agreement" under them, but documents that haven't been signed also say "sign agreement" under them. I just can't easily manage my documents with the minimal info that's given here. I need more info right off the bat, without clicking into each document to see if it's been signed or not. The old website was way better and made e-sign easier to manage.

  10. Fill and Sign works only some of the time

    IRS W9-Form. Adobe restricts fill and sign - unable to add date to the signature line.
    Only the "Sign" function works. This is stupid. I ended up using dochub.
    Fix it, please!

  11. Crashing while creating a template

    Adobe is crashing when I am in the middle of creating a template. Its done it three times now. This is frustrating.

  12. Horrible new document signing interface.

    The previous layout allow me to easily view and see which contracts were drafts, sent for signature and signed in different tabs on the page. I am very unhappy after logging in today and seeing a completely different layout. This is not user friendly at all please give an option to return to the previous format ASAP.

  13. New UI is AWFUL

    Hate the new interface, far too many clicks required, slow loading and there is a ridiculous amount of white space, I used to be able to see several documents on the list now only 5. I want the old UI back.

  15. I hate this update also

    This new update is confusing and inconvenient. I cannot quickly see who the agreements are sent to under recent. The name/email is not shown unless I open it.
    When I send a template, I still have to review it to add fields, etc. which defeats the purpose of using a template. Why add this extra step?
    The old Adobe sign platform worked well and I'm disappointed in the changes made

  17. Review - Enable me to "filter on" both Resolved and Unresolved comments

    In a DC Web review, I have 4 comments unresolved and 15 comments resolved. However, the Review Filter does not allow me to display all 19 comments. I can only display 4 OR 15, not all.
    There should always be an option in a filter to "clear the filter" and view everything. I don't see that option in the Review filter.

  19. dissallow download and printing of proofs

    important i need to be able to not allow download or printing

    these are ment for proofs and some of my projects are proofed before payment and i need my clients to pay before the can print anything . also i would like to know if there is viewers and visitor tracking that did not review. please email me or contact me brad@bluebrad.com i would like to make this my print production proof system. i like it so far just need to not allow downloads or printing. review only .... PS can we add an approve button ... explaining that…

    Thank you for your feedback regarding controlling downloading, printing, and approval. It’s helpful to understand why you need that. Regarding your question about tracking whether people you shared with have reviewed or not, if you shared by Inviting People rather than simply generating the link, you’ll see a status for each of the people invited including who has not yet opened the file and who has added comments.
