Can't download an unshared review
I have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to SIMPLY download a completed shared review (now unshared) PDF file from the cloud to my computer in order to bookkeep all comments. Many of your products are so hard to use to do simple tasks. I've been waiting for your web support to respond to chat for over :30. :(

Locating files in a folder
HATE THE UPDATED ADOBE. How can I find which folder a file is in?? I Have numerous folders an cannot figure out which folder a particular file is in anymore. Before, it used to have the "Properties" option when I would select a file and it would show the path to the specific folder. It does not have that option anymore.

Bug in web app if accessed from mozilla
I am accessing document cloud from latest firefox but menu after clicking action button is hiding in case of mouse hover event
1 voteCan you tell us what version of FireFox you’re using and whether you’re on Windows or Mac?
Also try hovering over the item and checking the box to the left of the file icon. Then let us know if you can access the function you need from the pane that opens on the right.

Poor UI change
This new interface is pretty terrible. Not happy with our purchase at all so far.
The Adobe Sign experience is now so much more difficult. I want to just delete a draft document and am unable to do so and it is really difficult to manage and access the signing experience.

Please tell me how I can change back to the old adobe sign UX interface? This new roll out is HORRIBLE and I can't navigate it or find old agreements using email search!

Assembling many into 1 won't work
Your product is extremely cumbersome! I wouldn't use it to assemble multiple documents into a single .pdf if I didn't have to. I see why Apple/Mac doesn't like your products and I'd try to convince them, but its not useful and won't function for me anyway. People expect better than this

recipients needed in Shared documents
Include the recipient of shared dcocuments.
In the process of gutting Adobe Sign, the list of documents in the "For Signature" 'tab' no longer includes the recipient of the document. This makes reviewing / identifying documents much harder.5 votes -
HORRIBLE UPDATE
Revert back to the original version immediately this is the worst update of any product that I have ever experienced. You have quite literally made all functions impossible to find. Whoever cleared this update for public release should be sacked immediately. No word of a lie I spent almost an hour trying to find my templates and then the same again working out how to send them out. This would have taken 2 min on the old set up. Adobe U SHOULD BE ASHAMED...…………… I am now looking for another product to deal with signatures and document management......

この度、Send&Trackが、Document Cloudの一部機能に組み込まれましたが、表示用に共有を行った際、今までは同じファイルであってもダウンロード数に応じてしっかりと数値が増えて、5件ダウンロードされた。などが確認できてよかったのですが、新しい仕様では、
・見ていない「0/1」
・見た「1/1」
という2種類の表示だけとなってしまったのがとても不便となりました。同じファイルであっても、閲覧数やダウンロード数が確認できることが役になっていたので、以前あった機能を是非とも復活していただきたく思います。

TERRIBLE!!
Ésta nueva actualización está terrible, antes nos dejaba filtrar los documentos y se mantenía el filtro, también dejaba buscar por nombre y correo (Nos es mucho más útil y práctico) ahora hay que revisar documento por documento para encontrar a una sola persona o matrícula!

the upgrade is not working for us. (yet)
Hi,
Adobe seems to have upgraded and a lot has changed. Kindly take us through the changes.
We are unable to:
*To see whom the contract belongs to
*Delete contracts
*Set reminders
*To see the status of the contract
*To see who sent the contract.Please send us more information on the version of this programme. I was unable to search for tutorials on Youtube.
Please help us as soon as possible.

New Adobe Sign is horrendous, not well organised, the previous version was great.
Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.
