1. AdobeSign Improvement

   When using AdobeSign it is really frustrating when you get to the stage of adding the signature fields and you realise a page or document is missing or you have compiled in the incorrect order that you cannot go back and make changes. You have to start from the very beginning again! We would love to see this changed!

2. Document Cloud share file bug

   Until about last week I could upload multiple files using Document Cloud > Share Files > Computer > drag & drop, and create one link. Now it won't let me upload more than one file. Even if I upload one file, the link that used to show up in the lower-left corner saying "add a file" (or "add files" or something) isn't there anymore. If I try to drag&drop more than one file, I get a warning as shown in the attached image. A critical reason that I subscribe to this service is to be able to upload multiple files (not all PDFs) into a single link to share. Please return this functionality.

   What have you done? You used to have a nice product. Now the add in won't work within the app and I have to do everything via a browser, even though I am logged in. I can't see the pages big enough to organise them and you save the files as a different name? It's awful!

14. Export-Funktion sehr schlechte Qualität

    Die Funktion "PDF exportieren" von PDF zu Word funktioniert schlechter als die gratis online Versionen. Habe 24 euro für nichts bezahlt. Mich wird Adobe nicht zweimal verarschen.

16. This is why I don't like apple! all of a sudden you chose to charge me $9.99 without me being asked!

    Charging me for a site I looked at now and can't refresh it! You never asked or told me just because i agreed to pay 99cents to that plus $9.99. Also I change my password on my email account and it locks me out of my MacBook Air like I am ready to sell this. Charging me and because I'm not on it every day it locks me out I have my passwords written down then you say wrong why do I have no problem signing in anywhere else but this MacBook Air?

17. Downloading (saving & prinitng) probems with Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud.

    HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.

    Das man nur 12 Dateien zusammenfassen kann ist totaler Schwachsinn und passt überhaupt nicht zum normalen Arbeitsalltag. Jedes kostenlose Onlinetool fasst mehr zusammen. Wir bezahlen viel Geld jeden Monat für die Creative Cloud und dürfen nur 12 Dateien zusammen fügen???? Was ein Schwachsinn das zu begrenzen. 2 GB könnte ich ja verstehen.
