For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. shuts down constantly doesnt convert to word

    this program is not user friendly for editing pdfs, nor does it properly convert them into word documents. It also shuts down constantly while i'm working.

  4. Can't Find Adobe Sign documents

    How do I see all of my Adobe Sign documents in one place so I can track what is outstanding? There doesnt appear to be any feature for this. Your help pages direct me to sign into Adobe Sign but when I do it just directs me to Acrobat web. Totally frustrating.

    there are popups all over the place trying to get me to do this, click on that, follow a tutorial, follow another tutorial

  14. Extração de dados Assistente de IA

    Tenho um arquivo com 19 notas fiscais e a inteligência artificial não faz a extração dos dados de todas. Fica limitada em 13 notas. Sugerimos ampliar a extração dos dados. I have a file with 19 invoices, and the artificial intelligence doesn't extract data from all of them. It's limited to 13 invoices. We suggest expanding the data extraction.

  18. Contact Us is just for show

    I have been trying to find a way to contact a real person. When I select Contact Us from the drop down nothing happens, but of course when I select Feedback this box appears. Absolutely ridiculous. You are quick to take my money each year but God forbid I have an issue with the product and would like to speak with a real human.
