  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  5. E-sign issues

    Hello, we are experiencing a document signing issue. Our clients are unable to sign documents; the system indicates that one or two fields still need to be signed or filled in. Please help resolve this issue. Similar problems have occurred more than ten times in the past two weeks. If the problem persists, I will consider switching to other software.

  8. Acrobat 2024 is terrible software

    Acrobat 2024 is one of the worst software downgrades that i've experienced in the last 25 years. Its endlessly frustrating. Its slower than Acrobat 2020, more expensive, it often decides not to work, it prevents me from opening multiple PDFs. As soon as my busy season is over I will be cancelling my 5 subscriptions and finding another solution.

  14. Unable to access files after disabling AI

    HI, it seems that the Gen AI feature is MANDATORY?? Even though option to switch it off was available, but when I try to do so (because otherwise it pops up and disrupts my view whenever I try to open a file), I am suddenly unable to access my files?? Keeping my files a *******? What is this forceful use of AI?? It clutters my interface so much and creates an extra step for me to access my files proper? This is terrible.   16. Sorry something went wrong error

    I have been using the adobe acrobat online for document signing for a few days. There is a constant issue saying" Sorry something went wrong" I have done everything on my end to resolve this issue and clearly I think it's your app now. This needs to be fixed!

  17. An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.

    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered while trying to use the "Convert PDF to Word" feature in Adobe Acrobat. Unfortunately, I’ve been receiving an error message (attached) that prevents me from completing the conversion. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as opening and closing the Microsoft Edge browser and clearing my cookies and cache, signing in and back out, but the issue persists. This functionality is essential for me, and I would greatly appreciate any time that you can take to investigate this issue further. Thank you for considering my feedback!

  18. Words are kept together without spaces when copying and pasting from documents

    "inlFwas involvedinLmcolonizationintheearlystageof infection."

    When I copy and paste segments of the documents, there are no spaces between the words so everything is all jumbled together.

    I put an example of it on top.
