Option to turn off comment pop up box when drawing (web version)
I used adobe acrobat on the web and I use the pencil drawing tool a lot. Today 2/3/2025 there is a comment box that pops up. There is seemingly no way to turn this off on the web version. This is incredibly annoying and needs to be a option to turn on and off. Again this is the web version.

Garbage
THIS NEW ESIGNATURE is total over engineered trash. What are you thinking? Every "new" item you introduce is some engineer billable justification garbage. I want and only need a simple way for people to input and sign items. You have made this now garbage and I will be googling "simple pdf signature tool" and subscribing to them.

The new e-sign procedure is bad.
Whatever changes you made to the e-signature process is altogether bad and annoying.

Select all that apply function
I wish there was an option for checkboxes to apply to multiple fields. For example, my e-sign template has a portion that requires investors to check all that apply. This prevents me from using radio buttons because they only allow one selected answer, but when I use check boxes and the investor checks the box, all 20 check boxes check. Very upsetting and I'll probably have to use Docusign instead.

Page Labels Issue - Online Viewer
The page label option available natively in Acrobat doesn't convert to the Adobe Acrobat PDF Web Page viewer. For example, I was able to customize the page labels in the Acrobat software, but when I upload to my organization's website and the PDF is viewed using the Online Viewer, the pages labels revert back to straight numbering. Please advise for a workaround or steps to get the pages to stay when viewed online. To see the issue I'm experiencing please view https://milivcounty.gov/fiscal-services/transparency/financial-reports/. The page labels are correct when you download the file, but not when you click the document…

Placeholders in document not visible
Placeholders in documents for signing not visible.
When I send a document for e-signature, and I refer to it before it has been signed, the document does not show the placeholders for the signatures and other fields (eg. name, date, company etc) that I have placed in the document.
Docusign can do this, why is this not available here?1 voteHello Ee San Lim,

Toggle default save signed document history
We should be able to choose the Default action (Toggle) if we want to-be-signed documents to autosave to Adobe account and/or choose on demand for any particular document. Currently, everyone using that Adobe account has access to any files ever sent/received to-be-signed over however many past years. That may include documents with confidential information. Potentially confidential files from past employees/employers, past students/teachers, past friends/family to whoever currently has access to the Adobe account.

As a workaround you can always use the "Send in Bulk" tool, which does have a password protection, just follow the next steps, and also check the video attached:
- Use any entry point named "Send in Bulk" and add the desired file to be sent
- Add the required recipients
- Add an access password under "Agreement settings"
- Modify the document with as many fields as needed
- Send the agreement
This way, in your account, your document is protected from anyone who does not have the password.

Tagging anyone in my org
I find it frustrating that Acrobat web doesn't integrate with my outlook contacts so that when I access a web link I cannot tag anyone in my company organization
Makes collaboration very frustrating. I'm also not clear on what rules allow for tagging in people (or how to tag people who haven't yet accessed the document)
This is very basic technology - and expected from how I use Word/Google docs.

Acrobat Sign Bug: Cannot finishing signing.
The Acrobat E-Sign has a bug that for some people after they finished signing and hit submit, it will bring them back to the beginning and render the whole document unsigned. People have tried multiple browser, this bug happens to some but not to others.

AI Assistant needs a cancel button
I cannot express how absolutely blind Adobe is as to the needs of the consumer... Or else me and everyone I know are all idiots who don't know what we want.... I want my program to allow me to edit text without constantly having my AI Assistant spinning and slowing down everything while it tries to help... it finally pops up saying it's splitting my document...? I say "Please edit and replace ____ word with ___ word"..... It says sorry I can't help. Then go the **** away, because you're not AI...
