Waste of my time and effort
Absolutely infuriating. It won't let me up load more than 1 image. I need to convert 4 pages into 1 pdf file but all I end up with is pop ups trying to get to to subscribe. So much for free.

I have a subscription, but ADOBE seems to have no record and I can't do anything.
I paid for plan that allows me to convert PDFs to Word or Excel documents in 11/2022. When I try to do this I immediately get shifted to the Subscription page. I have a subscription although Adobe does appear to have a record of it.

(I have a "Pro" license, so very much after a beta for that)

Hi- I’ve canceled my subscription during the trail period but got charged anyway/ the cancellation was not properly processed. I only saw the charges recently. Do not like the new website
The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.

The product is terrible.... How can Adobe asks customers to pay for a basic simple app that it will not allow the customer to explore and prove to work. Segment your customer base , understand what people want deliver! Get a new head of product please!
