Bulk-downloads of pdfs fail to download
I have problems with bulk-downloading the pdfs. The limit on the number of files which can be zipped together is the minor issue. The major one is that when I select a smaller range of files and click "Download" the system seems to react (the files become unselected...) as if it was zipping the files, but nothing gets downloaded.

Hidden charges for a product I never wanted
You are greedy money-grubbers who don't care about making users' experience easy and optimal, but rather care about lining your pockets with guaranteed fees. I didn't even KNOW I was being charged fifteen dollars a month for Acrobat (remember the days when Acrobat was free?) and when I went to cancel my "subscription" I had to pay more... I should be able to purchase your programs ONCE and then not have to deal with logging in, subscriptions or any other garbage. Terrible, terrible. I hope you all get replaced in the future by a superior model, but sadly it seems…

Please enable the ability to draw shapes in shared files.

Being able to share links to folders to edit the documents within would be really helpful.

Cant download w/o account
Make it so I can download the document someone sent me without creating a Adobe account. This is stupid!!!

Add Subject Line Back To Sharing Files
Please add the subject line back to the "Sharing" of files. During your last update, it was removed. When I send files to share, the name of the file appears as the Subject of the email to the receiver and it would be more professional if we could have a subject line again.

Bugs - can't delete and can't see parts of the document
I added a comment to this document that the software will not let me delete. Very annoying. Also, when using the comments feature and zooming in, I can't scroll enough to the right to be able to see the entire document with the comment side window open. The only way to see it to zoom back out and then shift the screen. Really annoying!

Bad usability and file organization in Document Cloud
Ich habe viele gescannte Dokumente die ich in Unterordnern ablegen, umbennen und organisieren muss. Dies ist bisher sehr sehr umständlich und kaum machbar. Mit Lösungen wie Google Drive oder Dropbox die eine Explorerähnliche Oberfläche und Features wie z.B. Drag&Drop mitbringen kann die Document Cloud leider überhaupt nicht mithalten. Dies wird über kurz oder lang zu einer beendingung des Abbonements führen.

OCR PDF
How to add OCR to an existing PDF? Should we be able to export PDF to PDF with OCR? Or should OCR be added auto-magically to all uploaded PDFs if requested (select all pdfs > edit > perform OCR)?
I don't want to export to docx. I want a pdf.

Resolving not working
When I click "resolve" under a comment, it isn't resolving. I like to check off when I'm finished with an edit and then filter out what is unresolved to see what I have left to do. I've tried logging out and logging back into my adobe account and the problem is still occurring. My entire creative team is having this issue.

Better interface
Make it easier to use. This interface is lousy. The iPad log-in experience was terrible. You can do better. Make it usable.
