Not able to view status
I am not able to view status on the right side of the screen for any of the authorizations i have sent out. I am also not able to remind the person to sign the authorization. Can you HELP.

Download and Installation of DC Pro: Failure
I am unable to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on the desktop. After the program is downloaded, it fails to open and install. I have all trouble shooting methods mentioned on your help page. Kindly suggest.
I liked the DC Pro and am thinking of taking annual subscription. However, if i am unable to install it on Desktop, i'll cancel immediately.2 votes -
Streamline process
When using the Request Signatures Tool, it would be much better to go straight back to the add signer page instead of having to go back to the home page and selecting request signatures again. When you completing a high volume of invoices its two extra steps that aren't really needed

Search features have stopped being functional
The search function seems to have stopped being useful, and the list of RECENT files are showing not only those from June 2020, but also June 2019. Please get this fixed asap. It is hard enough to navigate as it is.

Export doesn't work, tells only after purchase.
Ich habe die Exportfunktionen abonniert, nun wird das PDF, das ich exportieren wollte nicht unterstützt. Die gekaufte/abonnierte FUnktion steht also nicht zur Verfügung. ICh widerrufe den Online-Kauf, bitte die 24,13- EUR zurückerstatten

Buenos días. Tengo contratado Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, pero no puedo ejecutarlo ya que cada vez que lo intento lanzar, me pide suscribirme y cuando así lo he hecho para comprobar si por ahí se resuelve, me indica que ya lo tengo contratado. Por lo tanto no puedo ejecutarlo.

I can't use features I pay for! Broken for hours.
Hi- I desperately need to combine some pdfs and this site has been broken since this morning. I am getting this error message: "Adobe Sign features are temporarily unavailable. Some documents and information may be missing. Please try again later." PLEASE FIX THIS. I pay lots of money for this feature.

warum kann ich ein Dokument mit 600 Seiten (300 Blätter) nicht neu mit Seitennummern versehen? Ich hatte dafür extra einen neuen Account geöffnet, den ich nun wieder kündigen werde.

Hi, I am a heavy user of Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and also a user of the document cloud, and I have two simple question that I cannot get answers to because the mobile app is only supported in forums now (I asked on the forum more than a month ago, no answer). Your website is unfriendly and hard to manage uploaded documents.
My god, this website sucks. Can't see how to delete a file from those uploaded. Can't sort the files that are uploaded. The 10 files that I did just upload seem to be lost or sorted in some way in the larger list of files that I already have here (and cannot delete). Been using this site and products for a long time, hoping they would improve over time. Pretty, yes, usable, not so much.

Changed email & lost half my data & tool access
I changed my primary email address in my Adobe account and got nothing but problems in return. Half of my data/recent documents were lost; my pre-saved signature & initials were lost under Fill & Sign; I get an error message when I try to use Adobe Sign that says I don't have access to it. Changing your login information should not completely break your subscription...especially when one is PAYING for these products.
And trying to use your chat is a nightmare. I was transferred twice and the last person still didn't know what he was doing and couldn't explain what…
