Templates Are Gone and so is "Create a Reusable Form Field Layer"
I don't have the "Create a Template" part. I did and now it's gone. And when I had it, I was not able to "Create a Reusable Form Field Layer" which is the one thing I really need. Please Help. I've been on with support for hours and no one has helped

bad service
I have paid in full for an entire year. Whenever I try edit or convert PDF to either word or excel format I am always redirected to a new payment option.
Not only is this extremely frustrating but time consuming and is deliberately misleading customers.
I paid for a year and expect the service you offered for that payment not half way through I am block from access and you want to extort more money out of me.
Kindly provide me with the correct link with editing and converting facilities for I have paid for as current system wont allow…

Unable to attach audit report to fill and sign docs
I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

Every time the system default forces a preview of _ 'get adobe acrobat reader'_ yet i am signed in with full paid and specked adobe acrobat DC subscription.

Feels like this tool is going away!
Once again functionality has been removed making the share feature even less useful. Now we can't even enter the subject of the email clients receive! It was bad enough not being able to share more than one file at a time and not being able to see file-by-file details about views and downloads, now this?

When I convert my pdf to Word, the conversion is horrible, despite the fact that I am converting a book I wrote and it is fine, honestly, this program does not work and I would like to get my money back, because I paid to have this function

Acrobat pro app download windows
Your method for installing desktop apps is one of the worst things I've ever seen. The bouncing between browser windows, installation windows, and windows security is completely absurd. This is worse than office365, which is very hard to do.

From irritated that I have spent too much time finding the delete file function
Actually, I'm really irritated. Somehow, one of my private files has ended up on your cloud. I did not save my file to your cloud and I would like to delete it. However, you have made it IMPOSSIBLE to work out how to delete a file from your cloud. I would like to know where you've hidden the delete file function. I don't know if you're able to view my files (I hope not!) but I don't want my files on your network and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has suffered this. And it is a disgrace…

Bug - Trying to add comments to a PDF from the webapp gives 404/Not Found for at least one UI language other than US English
Steps to reproduce
- Set UI language to e.g. "Norwegian"
- Open a document in Document Cloud
- Click "Edit" ("Rediger") > "Add comment" ("Legg til en kommentar") 3.1 Notice the "monitor icon" when hovering the link, which might indicate that the feature is not available in the webapp
- Be redirected to a 404/Not Found page (in the Norwegian case the URL is https://acrobat.adobe.com/no/nb/acrobat/features.html# as of 2020-07-04)
Expected result: Clicking the "Add comments" link will let the user add a comment, or at least redirect to an existing page.
Observed result: Clicking the "Add comments" link redirects to a non-existing resource when UI…

Cloud must be a beta product? Certainly no one is purchasing this buggy stuff
First time using your cloud. Immediate bugs regarding commenting (arguably it's primary purpose?), so unusable. Just more of the same from adobe, seller of worthless buggy garbage

Toolbar disappeared on right?
My toolbar is not appearing on the right to be able to remind/cancel/etc the document- why is that? It used to be that I could help that by coming back in and out of the document but even that is not helping currently. Very frustrating!
