2. not a good program

   I pay monthly for this service, but am very disappointed in how adobe usually does NOT work, repeat NOT work, so disgusting, and WHEN I find a program that WILL work every time, I will certainly delete Adobe!! Please ask me to write about my experience, can't wait to tell the world

5. Pick You Own Apps Subscription

   I just moved my sub to a photoshop only sub because I just did not use all of the stuff in the top creative sub for the price, however, would be nice to still be able to use Adobe Acrobat on my PC as part of this sub, I mean I think Acrobat for the PC should be able to come with any sub and not be forced to the web app.

   That being said, you should have a decently priced sub model where we can pick the items we want instead of an umbrella sub that costs a bundle, say we can pick like Acrobat, Photoshop, Premier and have them based on that and not so expensive, I get that you have a great product, but these days I know a lot of people that are going the free route vs paying for your subs and I think a pick what you want for X amount of dollars, given that it is reasonable in cost would get a lot of people using the products

   App is experiencing loading delays when you are editing a documents text.

   Loads at about the time it would take to open another app and make the changes.

   The editor does not let you remove certain text and if you put a white box to block it. It goes behind the text (check box).

    Unfortunately , this app is not user friendly and doesn't quite meet my needs or expectations. I am trying to convert PDF documents to an excel spreadsheet for my organization's tax files and annual reports. This is the worst conversation I have ever seen. This app does not convert the documents into the format requested. I blocked off my account information to protect our privacy, but the uploaded version has the whole document off centered. There are markings on the document that I don't understand. I heard Adobe is a user-friendly app and easily converts documents into any format, but that has not been my experience. I am extremely disappointed.

    Why do you not allow Adobe sign to have the message that gets sent with the document for signing to be EDITED? Your customer service, who spent 20 minutes figuring it out because they had no idea, says we have to upgrade our plan to do. so you take every opportunity to swindle more money out of us. I am so disappointed in Adobe and your mediocre service, it makes me want to leave for a better service.

16. Adding signature template to several documents at the time with the same recipients

    It is quite frankly ridicules that you cannot cancel an agreement once it is in prefill.

    I find this amateurish.

    Second why cant i say i want to make 8 different documents with the same recipients. Then prefill afterwards.
    I now have to go in an enter the recipients in each document and add my template to each of them.
